{News Stories} - Female Violence

Here are some stories showing that women are fully capable of all kind of violence, including the notorious cases of mass murders. More: DV against men in the US (news stories and personal accounts, listed by state). (Updated: 2013/09/14.)

  • After her husband Fred Weeks (75) fell ill at a bed and breakfast, Nova Scotia woman Melissa Ann Shepard (78, nicknamed the "Internet Black Widow" because she often meets her victim men online; she is believed to have at least 13 aliases) skirted the attempted murder trial by pleading guilty to a lesser charge of administering a noxious substance and failing to provide the necessities of life, ending what was expected to be a 12-day judge-only trial. She has been sentenced to merely three-and-a-half year in prison, and even that will be reduced to 2 years and 9 months. The pair had just been married a few days when Shepard slipped Weeks the tranquilizer benzodiazepine. Shepard has a history of crime against men she met online. She was convicted of killing one of her husbands, while another died under mysterious circumstances. In 1991, she was convicted of manslaughter for running over her husband Gordon Stewart twice with a car. She served 2 years of her 6-year sentence. In 2000, she married Robert Friedrich. His family said his money started to disappear after he married Shepard and his health began to falter, including mysterious fainting spells. He died of cardiac arrest in 2002. Nobody was charged. In 2005, Shepard was sentenced for a slew of charges including theft and forgery, connected to another Florida man she met online.
  • Susan Hendricks (49) (who had also killed a man in 2006 and had claimed self-defense, with no charges filed) gunned down her 2 sons, her ex-husband, and her stepmother, because she wanted to collect about $700000 worth of life insurance policies. She tried to make it look like one of her sons killed the others before he committed suicide. She says she was mentally ill at the time of killing the 4 people.
  • Estibaliz Carranza (34, dubbed the 'Ice Lady') shot both her ex-husband Holger Holz and her lover Manfred Hinterberger (ice cream machine salesman) with a .22 calibre Beretta pistol. She shot Holz twice in the back of the head and once in the temple as he sat at his computer. She shot Hinterberger in his sleep. In each case, she chopped up the body with a chain saw, put it in a freezer at her ice cream parlor, and eventually buried it downstairs in the cellar of her store.
  • Katherine Mary Knight (who was also known as "Black Knight" to the Aberdeen residents, and the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole) was convicted of the murder of her partner, John Charles Thomas Price. Since her childhood, she experienced uncontrollably murderous rages in response to minor upsets. When she attended Muswellbrook high school, she became a loner and is remembered by classmates as a bully who stood over smaller children. She assaulted at least one boy at school with a weapon and was once injured by a teacher who acted in self-defense. She referred to cutting up offal at the local abattoir as her "dream job", and was quickly promoted to boning and given her own set of butcher knives. Katherine met hard drinking co-worker David Stanford Kellett and completely dominated him - If Kellett got into a fight at the hotel, Knight would step in and back him up with her fists without fail. In Aberdeen she was renowned for offering armed combat to anyone who upset her. Knight married Kellett at her request. On their wedding night she tried to strangle him. Knight explained it was because he fell asleep after only having intercourse 3 times. The marriage was particularly violent and on one occasion a heavily pregnant Knight burned all Kellet's clothing and shoes before hitting him across the back of the head with a frying pan, simply because he had arrived home late. In fear for his life, Kellet fled before collapsing in a neighbors house, and he was later treated for a badly fractured skull. Police wanted to charge her but Knight was now on her best behavior and talked Kellet into dropping the charges. Shortly after the birth of their first child, Melissa Ann, Kellett left her for another woman, apparently unable to cope with Knight's possessive, violent behavior. The next day Knight was seen pushing her new baby in a pram down the main street, violently throwing the pram from side to side. Knight was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with postnatal depression. After being released, Knight placed 2-month-old Melissa on a railway line shortly before the train was due, then stole an axe, went into town, and threatened to kill several people. A man known in the district as "Old Ted", who was foraging near the railway line, found and rescued Melissa - only minutes before the train passed. Knight was arrested and again taken the hospital but signed herself out the following day. A few days later Knight slashed the face of a woman with one of her knives and demanded she drive her to Queensland to find Kellett. The woman escaped after they stopped at a service station but by the time police arrived Knight had taken a little boy hostage and was threatening him with the knife. She was disarmed when police attacked her with brooms and she was admitted to a hospital. Knight told the nurses she had intended to kill the mechanic at the service station because he had repaired Kellett's car, which had allowed him to leave, and then kill both her husband and his mother when she arrived in Queensland. Knight met miner David Saunders (38) in 1986. In May 1987, she cut the throat of his 2-month-old dingo pup in front of him for no more reason than as an example of what would happen if he ever had an affair. She then went on to knock him unconscious with a frying pan. In June 1988 she gave birth to her third daughter Sarah, which prompted Saunders to put a deposit on a house, which Knight paid off in 1989. Knight decorated the house throughout with animal skins, skulls, horns, rusty animal traps, leather jackets, old boots, machetes, rakes, and pitchforks. No space, including the ceilings, was left uncovered. After an argument where she hit Saunders in the face with an iron before stabbing him in the stomach with a pair of scissors, he moved back to Scone, but when he later returned home found she had cut up all his clothes. Saunders took long service leave and went into hiding. Knight tried to find him but no one admitted to knowing where he was. Several months later he returned to see his daughter and found that Knight had gone to the police and told them she was afraid of him. They issued her with an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) against him. She then had an affair with John "Pricey" Price, reputedly a "terrific bloke" liked by everyone who knew him. In 1998 they had a fight over Price's refusal to marry her. In retaliation, Knight videotaped items he had stolen from work and sent the tape to his boss. Price was fired from the job he had held for 17 years. That same day he kicked her out of his home. A few months later Price restarted the relationship, although he now refused to allow her to move in with him. The fighting became even more frequent and most of his friends would no longer have anything to do with him while they remained together. In February 2000, a series of assaults on Price culminated with Knight stabbing Price in the chest. Finally fed up, he kicked her out of his house. On 29 February, he took out a restraining order to keep her away from both him and his children. That afternoon Price told his co-workers that if he did not come to work the next day, it would be because Knight had killed him. They pleaded with him not to go home but he told them that he believed she would kill his children if he did not. Price arrived home to find that Knight, although not there herself, had sent the children away for a sleep-over at a friend's house. He then spent the evening with his neighbors before going to bed at 11 PM. Earlier that day, Knight had begun planning his demise. She went out and bought a sexy black nightie for the evening, and put a butcher's knife in the bedroom. She also made sure she had the right pots for his head and that her knives were sharp enough for the event. Even planning the murder and mutilation were a pleasurable feeling for the woman. She had videotaped all her children while making comments which have since been interpreted as a crude will. Knight later arrived at Price's house while he was sleeping and sat watching TV for a few minutes before having a shower. She then woke Price and they had sex after which he fell asleep. When Price did not arrive at work the next morning, his employer sent a worker to see what was wrong. The worker, along with a neighbor, tried knocking on Price's bedroom window to wake him but after noticing blood on the front door alerted the police who arrived at 8 AM. Breaking down the back door, police found his body with Knight comatose from taking a large number of pills. She had stabbed Price with a butcher's knife while he was sleeping. He awoke and tried to turn the light on before attempting to escape, while Knight chased him through the house. He managed to open the front door and get outside, but was dragged back into the hallway, where he was further stabbed at least 36 more times, and finally died after bleeding out. Knight enjoyed the killing. (Later, Knight went into Aberdeen and withdrew $1000 from Price's ATM account. Price's autopsy revealed that he had been stabbed at least 37 times, in both the front and back of his body with many of the wounds extending into vital organs.) Several hours after Price had died, Knight methodically proceeded to skin the corpse, taking off the entire skin, including the face, ears, scalp and neck like a macabre suit. Knight only left a small inch square of skin on the body. The square had the scar from where she had stabbed him previously. The suit of skin was then hung up in the entrance way of the house. Once the skin had been removed, Knight then continued to defile the body of her lover by chopping of the skinned head and cooking it in a big pot on the cook top. Knight then peeled and chopped up vegetables and along with slices she removed from the man's buttocks served them up as steak and vegetables, along with baked potato, pumpkin, zucchini, cabbage, yellow squash, and gravy in two settings at the dinner table. She also put notes beside each plate, each having the name of one of Price's children on it; she was preparing to serve his body parts to his children. A third meal was thrown on the back lawn for unknown reasons, and it is speculated Knight had attempted to eat it but could not, and this has been put forward in support of her claim that she has no memory of the crime. Price's head was found in a pot with vegetables. The pot was still warm, estimated to be at between 40 and 50 degrees celsius, indicating that the cooking had taken place in the early morning. Sometime later Knight arranged the body with the left arm draped over an empty 1.25 litre soft drink bottle with the legs crossed. Knight had left a hand-written note on top of a photograph of Price. Blood-stained and covered with small pieces of flesh, the note read, "Time got you back Johathon for rapping [raping] my douter [daughter]. You to Beck [Price's daughter] for Ross - for Little John [his son]. Now play with little Johns Dick John Price. (sic)". The accusations in the note were found to be groundless. In Mulawa Women's Correctional Centre, Katherine Knight works as a cleaner in the governor's office. Although she is a good cook, it is highly unlikely she will ever get a job in the kitchen.
  • Helen Ryan (51) jailed for 27 years for plotting with her mother Coralie Coulter (72, gets 18 years in jail) and sister Ganene Coulter (who was sentenced earlier this year after pleading guilty to conspiring to the murder) to murder her estranged grazier husband Jeffery Ryan (who was gunned down on his property near Tamworth by a hired hit-man in October 2009). Ryan deliberately and methodically plotted to have her husband killed, and enlisted her mother and her sister to carry out her "cold-blooded plan".
  • Woman (30) and her mother (52) murdered the stockbroker Mukti Shah (from the western Mumbai suburb of Kandivli), and cut him into 17 pieces, to annex his INR 170 million property. This was their third attempt at his murder.
  • Polish woman Theresa Rafacz came home from work to find her husband Piotr drunk while he was meant to be looking after their son (3). So she killed him by repeatedly stamping on his head.
  • Donna Williams kills husband with hammer, waits 2 weeks to call 911, and (of course) says that the husband was abusive (while the daughter says otherwise).
  • Barbara Sheehan shot her husband 11 times with 2 guns; and said that (you guessed it) he was abusive and it's she who is the victim.
  • Jodi Arias killed her lover Travis Alexander, shooting him in the face while he was taking a shower, cutting his throat, and then stabbing him nearly 30 times. Because she felt "used" by him. Attempts to use vagina syndrome in the court. Also see how a self imposed DV expert Alyce Laviolette, who gave testimony during the Jodi Arias trial, did exactly what her ilk of DV "experts" always do: Painted Jodi Arias as the victim and the actual victim of murder as the evil man who deserved to die (without any evidence, of course; these feminists always play on the people's 'feelings' only). She drew wide criticism from many circles. (But that does not change anything about these hateful misandrous shameless scums.)
  • Family and friends of post office shooting victim Harold Davis say the warning signs of domestic violence from ex-girlfriend Arianne Myles were evident at home. "We actually had security remove her from the property once", said father Harold Davis Sr.
  • Yvette Luffman (along with her former lover Wayne Briscoe, both 40-year-old) used £1000 of the money she received as part of a divorce settlement from her ex-husband, Simon Luffman (39), to arrange his own execution; he was shot dead on a disused canal towpath in Bramcote, Nottinghamshire.
  • Oklahoma mom-to-be, Amber Michelle Hilberling (19, now 7 months pregnant), pushed her husband Joshua Hilberling (23, who was getting ready to leave his reportedly abusive relationship her) out of the window of their 17th floor Tulsa apartment building. He fell on top of a parking garage to his death. Just last month, Joshua had filed a protective order against Amber after she beat him over the head with a table lamp, resulting in a cut that needed stitches and staples. The case was dismissed. "[Amber] admitted at the scene that she pushed him - no remorse - nothing. Even smiled at the by standers." Police arrested Amber under suspicion of second degree murder (female murderers, when they're suspected at all, are always suspected of second-degree murder by default), which was then upgraded to first degree murder after she admitted to witnesses that she pushed her husband. She was released on $250000 bond.
The victim was indoctrinated in his childhood never to hit a woman (not 'anyone', but specifically 'a woman'; and unconditionally at that, no exceptions; parents like this who impose their bigotry on their male children are child-abusers). So he could not even act in self defense. Not that it would not get him arrested in the DV case if the woman falsely claimed (thanks to the biased and female-favoring DV policies and feminist trained thugs-in-blue), but perhaps that might have been better than death.
2 years later, now with a young son Levi (19-month-old), Amber claims to have pushed Josua in self-defense and that the window glass was too thin and that she is innocent. (Hey, he's dead, so cannot prove that she's lying.) But evidence was against her. The short, tumultuous marriage was littered with incidents of Amber Hilberling's violence against her husband. Joshua had planned to leave and even had packed his bags. Even more damning was a video recorded at the Tulsa Police Department immediately after Joshua's death where his wife admits Joshua's parents knew the dangerous path down which the marriage was headed. "They kept saying if we stayed together, I'm going to kill him", Amber was secretly recorded telling her grandmother. The murderer faces a jury-recommended 25 years in prison.
  • After his father sold his land, Baburao (35) received his share of INR 2.3 million. His wife Sunita Daspute (32) hired 2 men for INR 50000 to kill him. The hired men asked Baburao to meet them at a certain place in the evening. "Baburao was drunk when he reached the spot on his motorcycle. One of the youths then rode pillion on Baburao's motorcycle while the other followed them to a deserted spot [...] There, the youths hit Baburao on the head repeatedly with a wooden plank, killing him on the spot. They then threw the body and the bike on the roadside to make it look like an accident." The killers were in constant touch with Sunita on her cellphone, telling her to keep the money ready. She had paid them just INR 500 as an advance amount. Sunita told the police that she decided to eliminate her husband to secure her future and that of 'her' children.
  • Edmonton woman Nyuk Hwang (52) beats husband Teck Hwang (56) to death, and is charged with second-degree murder (women are seldom charged with even that, let alone a first-degree murder). Officers were called to a home in the Belle Rive neighbourhood, where they found Teck in cardiac arrest. He was rushed to hospital, where he stopped breathing several times, but was revived by staff. he succumbed to his injuries nearly 5 hours later. An autopsy revealed Teck died as a result of "blunt drastic trauma" - something city police homicide Staff Sgt Bill Clark has never heard of before (such things are very useful to get the women off the first-degree murder charges). "It was described by the medical examiner as just a very severe beating type injuries", said Clark, adding that an object was used during the beating.
It was the wife who called 911. She also has a history of assaulting her husband. In 2009, she was convicted of assault causing bodily harm after an attack on him. She was handed a mere 3-week jail term and 2 years probation.
  • Mohali woman Maheshwari Devi (30) killed her husband Govind Rana by strangulating him while he was drunk and asleep, and informed her landlord that her husband had committed suicide. However, in fact, Maheshwari tied his hands with a rope and then hit him with a stick. She then pressed hard on his neck with the stick till he died.
  • Crystal Gail Mangum (32, who was already famous for making false rape claims against Duke lacrosse players in 2006) has been charged with first-degree murder in stabbing the boyfriend Reginald Daye (46), who died 2 weeks later.
  • Wilnilia Sanchez Falcon (27) killed her boyfriend Jesus Rivera Algarin (25) by stabbing him in the torso after he became upset about her activities on Facebook.
  • Crystal Dawn MacKenzie (30) got into a fight with her common-law husband Patrick Thomas (29) during the early morning hours after a night out of drinking together. So MacKenzie grabbed a butcher knife from a neighbour's apartment and stabbed Thomas in the neck, his wounds resulting in his death. That was 3 years ago. Her lawyers had argued the then-mother of 3 was a victim of domestic abuse and had acted in self-defence. She has since remarried and now has 4 children. Presently, a Bench judge had to instruct a jury to try again to reach a verdict in second-degree murder trial of MacKenzi when after 5 hours of deliberations the 12 jurors informed the judge they had reached an impasse. Justice William Grant urged them to keep trying, asking them to consider the stress MacKenzie has been under. MacKenzie stood trial on the same charge in 2010, but the verdict was appealed by the Crown and thrown out by the New Brunswick Court of Appeal.
  • Billy Brewster (36) and Na Cola Franklin (32) were scheduled to be married at 10:00, but got into an argument at 02:00 because Brewster had come home drunk that night after an impromptu bachelor party. So Franklin killed her fiance by fatally stabbing him. She then appeared distraught and confused to learn Brewster was dead, telling the judge, "You got to check again!" Defense attorney said that Brewster attacked Franklin and then tried to leave with the couple's son (9-month-old), so Franklin killed him to protect "her" child; while the prosecutors said the child was not in danger.
  • Newlywed couple got into an argument and the wife, Jordan Linn Graham (22), pushed Cody Lee Johnson (25, her husband of 8 days) face-first off a sheer cliff to his death in Montana's Glacier National Park. Johnson loved her and was excited for their marriage after a 2-year courtship, but his relatives suspected that Graham didn't exactly reciprocate. She was aloof, didn't want to spend time with his family, and clammed up when she did. He told his mother that Graham would change when they got married. Well, she didn't. On the night Johnson died, Graham told a friend that she meant to talk with Johnson about "having second thoughts about having been married". Just before 21:00, she texted the friend that she was about to talk to him. "But dead serious if u don't hear from me at all again tonight, something happened", Graham wrote. Johnson was reported missing when he failed to show up for work, and Graham was questioned the following day. She originally told investigators that Johnson sent her a text message the night of his death, saying he was going for a drive with a friend from out of town. 2 days after that interview, Graham told a park ranger in Glacier that she had found the body below the popular Loop area. The park ranger commented that it was unusual that she found it. 5 days later, Graham admitted to authorities in a second interview that she had lied, she and Johnson had an argument, were upset, decided to go to the Loop Trail, continued arguing on the trail, the argument intensified, she turned to walk away but Johnson grabbed her arm, she turned around, removed his hand from her arm, and "due to her anger, she pushed Johnson with both hands in the back, and as a result, he fell face first off the cliff".
Update: The murderer has been awarded the pussy pass for now and has been freed ahead of trial. The US government "did not believe Graham posed a significant danger to the community", the judge said.
  • Donna Lange and other women killing boyfriends by smothering them with their breasts.
  • Lee Maree Bartel (34) is on the run after she failed to return to the hospital while on "unescorted leave". She was committed for a nominal period of 12-and-a-half years for the attempted murder of her then boyfriend, Garry Thomas - She stabbed him 17 times to the back of the head and neck while he slept, and left him with a punctured lung and took his mobile phone, leaving him for dead. She was deemed unfit to stand trial (because they were able to produce a vagina syndrome) and was involuntarily admitted to the Thomas Embling Hospital.
  • Lufwanyama woman Victoria Kamusembe (50) killed her husband Abraham Chibale after pulling his genitals during a fight. Insults were hurled between her and Mr Chibale. Her cousin Lewis Lungungulo (47, the deceased's brother-in-law) had a quarrel with Chibale over this, and started fighting with Mr Chibale. At this point, Kamusembe also joined in beating her husband, and pulled his private parts until he fell on a fire. The man died after a day and was found with burns on the back while his private parts were swollen.
  • Jian Chen (47, Sydney businesswoman) spiked the dinner of her Chinese ex-lover Xian Peng (48) with sleeping tablets, and waited for Peng to fall asleep before tying up his hands and feet. She then stabbed him a number of times in the jaw and leg, and cut off his penis. He died from excessive bleeding in a hospital.
  • Catherine Kieu Becker (48) drugged her husband (51) and then tied him to the bed. When he began waking up, she cut off his penis with a knife, put it in the garbage disposal, and turned it on. Police found him tied to the bed, bleeding, and missing his dick. She got life in prison, but is eligible for parole after 7 years.
  • Lorena Bobbitt (20 at that time) performed a mutilation on her husband John Wayne Bobbitt that made herstory. While he slept, Ms Bobbitt went to the kitchen of their apartment, grabbed a knife, returned to the bedroom, and proceeded to cut off most of his penis. She then hopped in her car - penis in hand - and drove off. As she sped by a field, she tossed the severed appendage out the window. She later said her husband abused her over a prolonged period of time and that, on the night in question, he raped her. So she was not only given the pussy pass, but also awarded, of all things, a job of a DV Counselor. Large segments of the American population - mostly women, and the media, expressed inexplicable glee over the vile mutilation of a lower class nobody - a man, and the perpetrator was branded "the victim". Lorena told police, "He always have orgasm and he doesn't wait for me to have orgasm. He's selfish. I don’t think it's fair, so I pulled back the sheets then and I did it". That was the reason she gave for severing his penis. Later, however, she claimed she cut her husband in anger after he raped her, and she told a psychiatrist that she cut him "really fast". Later, at her own trial, she claimed she couldn't even remember doing it.
  • Adelaide (Australia) woman (44) is charged with causing aggravated harm with intent, arson, and three counts of acts to endanger life after she allegedly set alight her husband Satish Narayan's genitals with methylated spirits whilst he slept, which left him with burns to 85% of his body. Also, the house caught fire.
  • Canadian woman Andree Rene (42) faces charges of aggravated assault in a Montreal court after she set fire to her 52-year-old boyfriend's penis by pouring boiling fondue oil on his genitals and chest as he slept, causing third degree burns.
  • Moscow police: Russian woman set fire to her ex-husband's penis as he sat naked watching television and drinking vodka.
  • Colombian woman Yolivel Lopez tipped boiling water on top of her sleeping husband Nefer Netan's genitals, after she apparently received a call from mistress saying they had just had sex. Doctors said his private part was 'utterly destroyed'. (The linked news story also includes several other similar incidents.)
  • In what the police suspects was a vehicular assault and not an accident, a woman ran down a man (in his 20's, he was on foot, he was known to her) with her car and fled. Fire department medics took him to Harborview Medical Center with head trauma and injuries to other parts of his body.
  • Iyana Mentor ran down her lover of 3 months, Demarco Dent, with her SUV 3 times, succeeding on the last try, because he couldn't spend time with her after getting off work. Mentor was arrested and is now facing charges of aggravated assault and hit-and-run. Dent had asked Mentor to drop him off at a specified location. As the couple drove on a highway, Mentor became angry when he told her he could not spend any time with her because he was tired. Mentor began behaving irrationally, spewing profanities and driving recklessly. Dent then asked Mentor to let him out of her vehicle. When he began walking along a road, Mentor U-turned her Acura truck and tried to run him over. He managed to dodge the woman's first 2 attempts and sought safety near a gas station where he thought he would be safe. He was wrong! He suddenly heard Mentor's SUV engine revving up and couldn't believe his eyes when she charged towards him at full speed. "I just see the lights just coming at me. She's just driving at me full speed! Pow! (She) just hit me, man." After being struck by Mentor's vehicle, Dent only remembers flipping up in the air and landing flat on the ground. He said had he not moved, Mentor would have finished off what she intended to do - which was to kill him. Dent ended up sustaining injuries to his legs, arms, and back, and is walking with the aid of crutches.
  • Fredericton woman Nada Veselinovic attempted to murder her husband by causing him serious head injuries for which "he required a lot of stitches to his scalp and his head, a lot, so it's pretty severe", and from which he "could have died".
  • Lucie Slater (21) and her then-boyfriend DJ William Aitken were drinking wine at his house when she saw a message posted to Aitken's Facebook account that she did not like. So she threw her laptop at him and went at his face with a broken glass. After Aitken failed to wash the blood off in the shower, Slater drove him to the hospital where she claimed at first that he fell down the stairs. She lied repeatedly to doctors and the police about how the injuries came about. Mr Aitken lost his business and his modelling career because of the injuries he suffered (Slater ripped several long slices across his cheeks and nose; she also severed an artery resulting in excessive blood loss and the permanent loss of motor nerve control in part of Aitken's face). He commented, "I really did not think she was capable of something like that". However, the media and the law does not admit this case as one of DV at all; the Newcastle Crown Court that gave Slater the proverbial tap on the wrist.
  • Jelana Jurcenko (28) stabbed Erik Urtans (33). She is accused of wounding with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm. Mr Urtans was airlifted to London's King's College Hospital with "major" injuries to his chest and abdomen.
  • South Carolina woman Michelle Thomas faces charges of criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, removed his prosthetic leg, and threw it and a spare in the yard so he couldn't chase her.
  • Ashley Smith (25) found guilty of aggravated assault for stabbing her former soldier boyfriend Patrick Halcro (36), but she was acquitted of attempted murder. Medical evidence suggested that her head trauma and the shock of seeing her face bathed in blood (i.e., vagina syndrome) could have placed her in a state where she wouldn't have known what she was doing when she stabbed Halcro. The knife blade nicked Halcro's lung but a trauma surgeon said the injury was relatively minor. Halcro admitted punching her twice. He claimed in court Smith attacked him first, going for his throat - and he smashed her head into a doorframe. "I used proportional force", said the soldier, "I felt threatened". (Notice how the news report describes the boyfriend as "abusive" making up its own conclusions, even when the court did not find him guilty.)
  • Samantha Kidd (44), the estranged wife of paralysed and brain-damaged former motorbike stunt rider Eddie Kidd (54), pleaded guilty to 4 counts of assault by beating the wheelchair-bound star days before she was due to face a 2-day trial, and has been jailed for 5 months. Samantha attempted to throttle him, slapped him on the the face and chest, kicked him, and called him a "fucking spastic". On one occasion Eddie was left shaking and "absolutely hysterical" by her actions.
  • Justin Nutt, founder of 'Acts of Random Kindness' is a survivor of domestic abuse by his ex-wife. "It escalated to a point where the police were called when she tried to stab me, after we had been out and she had done things in a bar with a guy, and [then said] that was my fault", says Nutt, who was nearly a foot taller and 70 pounds heavier than his ex-wife, and did not believe that he was being abused, partly due to a stigma surrounding male domestic abuse victims. "It took 2 years before I could really say it wasn't that I didn't love her well enough or I didn't try hard enough. It was a long time before I was able to say, 'yeah I was abused'."
  • On his first date with an unidentified woman, Shaun Paul Williams (34) was assaulted by the woman and her 2 unidentified male companions, beaten, robbed (of $200 in cash, a cellular phone, driver's license, tank top, shoes, and a pair of DC sneakers), forced to strip naked, and abandoned on the side of the road. Authorities found nude, bloodied, and a "disoriented" Williams walking on the shoulder of State Road 100 in Bunnell, Fla, and took him to a hospital where he was treated for several lacerations on the right side of his face. Williams told police that he met the woman at a convenience store 2 weeks ago. They struck up a friendship and later arranged to go out. The woman picked up Williams in front of the same convenience store for their first date in the evening. After Williams entered the woman's vehicle, he discovered two unidentified adult men, one of whom the woman introduced as her brother. She told Williams that she would take him out to dinner after dropping off the two unidentified men at her brother's home. But after several minutes on the road, the woman abruptly turned onto an unknown side street. Her alleged brother instructed her to stop somewhere along the side street because he had to "wait for a friend". She then backed into an "empty cow pasture". Williams exited the vehicle to urinate but was allegedly bludgeoned twice in the face with a "hard metal object". He collapsed to the ground and held his face in his hands while one of the unidentified men allegedly said, "Give me all your money and all your clothes". Williams saw a semi-automatic pistol pointed straight at his face. After Williams complied with their orders, the woman and her companions fled the scene in the vehicle.
  • Chelsea Harrison (23) locked her ex Terry Nowakowski (20) out of the house door. He poked his head inside the window by removing a screen and Harrison punched him in the face, he says. She armed herself with a mounted deer head and "began striking him in the face and body with the ends of the antlers until she lost her grip dropping it to the floor". Nowakowski managed to flee and call for help. His face was swollen and cut from the alleged antler attack. Harrison denied the accusation.
  • Martha Jewel Mathews tied her husband Willie Nelson up with the kids' jump ropes while he was asleep and then started whipping him. He commenced yelling, but nothing their neighbors hadn't heard coming out of their trailer before.
  • Former Ellsworth City Councilor Michael Boucher resigns from the council and leaves the city because of repeated incidents of domestic abuse at the hands of his wife, Cynthia Boucher. The victim was attacked by his wife and suffered serious injuries and had to appeal to an outside district to get prosecutorial support.
  • Earl Silverman, a victim of DV at the hands of his wife, seeing the lack of government support toward the male victims of DV, started a shelter for the male victims (and a site, Family of Men). But the shelter had to be closed down due to lack of funding. Disappointed at the government's apathy despite all his efforts, Earl was finally driven to suicide on 2013/04/26. In his final thoughts (reportedly his suicide note, handwritten just prior to taking his own life), he describes his failure in his 20+ years long attempt to convince the feminist governance for making support services available to the men too (which even still are exclusively for the women alone).
The last time he looked to support was with James at the Sheldon Chumir Centre. Rather than acknowledge that he suffered from PTSD due to female perpetrated DV, James called him Narcissistic Personality Disorder with no treatment, because James, the bigot, does not believe that men are victims of female perpetrated DV. Blair Mason dismissed his human rights complaint on the basis of no substantiated need. He wrote his death is due to not being taken serious on the issue lack of services. Alberta spends $60 million for women and nothing for men.
  • Heather Hayes (24) of Lansford (PA) got into an argument with her boyfriend Eric Zuber on his refusal to have sex with her. Hayes began to slap and punch him about the head and back. She bit him on the left forearm, and grabbed his testicles and began to twist them. Zuber was able to flee when Hayes was smashing things in the house. He headed for the convenience store to call 911, Hayes followed him into the store - nude from the waist down, yelling obscenities and insults - and hit him with her house keys. She was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness (but not with sexual assault).
  • "Scream 4" star Emma Roberts (22) arrested for DV. She was detained by Montreal police following an altercation in a hotel room with her boyfriend, "American Horror Story" actor Evan Peters (26) - a spat that allegedly left him with a bloody nose. She was released after questioning. The Montreal Police Department confirmed the charges were dropped and the case is considered closed.
  • Actress from hit TV show Heroes and most recently starred in TV series Blue Bloods and The Good Wife, Tawny Cypress (36), lured her ex-husband Bill Charles (58) to New York burger bar by inviting him for a meet up, and had her new husband Thomas Dillon (AKA Tom Dillon) attack and beat him up with a "hard object", knocking him down and causing a concussion. She also framed Charles so that he spent 6 days in jail! Court records show Mr Charles was charged with 4 misdemeanors, including assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
  • The Iraq war veteran turned NFT cheerleader Megan Welter arrested on assault charges. Welter had first placed a 911 call to the Scottsdale police, falsely claiming physical abuse from her boyfriend Ryan when they'd both been drinking to celebrate her birthday, "My boyfriend became abusive... He smashed my head into tile". She added that he had also put her in a "choke hold" and that "He knows how to fight, he's a professional fighter, he's been trained in wrestling". In reality, though, it was Welter who had actually assaulted him, and he had recorded the fight on his phone. "She found a text message from another girl and she started kicking the shit out of me", he explained, adding that he hadn't touched her. "I was asking her to stop, I was trying to leave. She was pulling out my hair, she was scratching me, she punched me in my face."
  • Tonya Maxene Harding (American figure skating champion, a two-time Olympian, a two-time Skate America Champion, and who claims that her mother sexually abused her which her mother denies) became notorious after a physical assault at her skating competitor Nancy Kerrigan, which she carried out through Shane Stant, who was hired by her ex-husband Jeff Gillooly and her bodyguard Shawn Eckhardt to break Kerrigan's right leg so that she would be unable to skate. Kerrigan's leg only got bruised, not broken, but the injury forced her to withdraw from the national championship. Harding won that event, and they both were selected for the 1994 Olympic team. In February 2000, Harding was booked on fourth-degree DV assault charges for punching and throwing a hubcap at her former boyfriend Darren Silver. She was also sentenced to 3 days in jail and 10 days of community service on a work crew.
  • Former women's tennis champ Jennifer Capriati (36) allegedly struck her ex boyfriend Ivan Brannan, a former Florida State University golfer, after getting into an argument with him near the men's locker of a Palm Beach gym. Capriati fled the scene in her car but was stopped by police a few miles away. They simply allowed her to go at the time. Her first hearing is on 2013/07/12 at the Palm Beach Courthouse. As usual with the cases of the female offenders, the media is giving almost no coverage to the case.
  • US Marine Joseph Kerr's marriage was on the verge of collapse, and had been there for at least 2 years. He was staying for the kids. Joseph and his wife fought (verbally) nearly every time they had more than a few sentences to say to each other. Finally, she wanted to move out of state with the kids and had no interest in discussing sharing custody. "We're not discussing it, you can't stop us from leaving. Sign it or I'll get a lawyer and make you sign it." She handed him a do-it-yourself version of divorce papers. This followed the email confirmation - plane tickets, one adult (the wife), two children, one way, leaving soon. Joseph slept on the couch on the night before the flight. He ended up on the ground next to the stairs. She kicked his head into the solid wood base. He blacked out, came to, stood up, bleeding. His daughter was screaming, "Stop hurting daddy!" He headed out the door to the police and then the hospital. While going to the police, his head was spinning as much from the injury as from the complete collapse of his home life. Police did not help him. Even though they know what they were doing was wrong, they arrested Joseph instead, because his wife lied to them and their hands were tied with the feminist primary agressor policy, according to which the male partner should be arrested regardless of who actually is the perpetrator. "Sorry, man" was all the police could say. They never took photographs of the side of his face that showed that his wife attacked him. Then the court case followed and, released on his own recognizance, order of protection outlawed him from contacting her or his kids for a year. A few days later his eye had an almost cartoonish discoloration. he had gone back to the ER complaining of headaches and the light bothering him. She cleared out his bank account. He was a friend's couch away from adding to the homeless veteran population: 62619 + 1.
Another time, she had grabbed him and ripped his shirt. Her nails cut his face. He bled. He tried to walk out the door. She blocked the door. He was left to sneak out a bedroom window and spend the night in a parking lot. He talked of this to his lawyer and asked, "What do you do when a woman hits you?" The answer was, "Run. Run and don't go to the police." What's the law good for? What's the police good for? Everything is feminist and corrupt. Your guilt or reward depends upon your gender, not your deeds. The child protective services, which are also feminist trained, only used his having been to Iraq at service of his country against him and to paint him as a dangerous machine of violence and death.
  • Carlishia Jevian Johnson (30), her husband, and their 4 kids were traveling in the family vehicle. She got in an argument with her husband and, all of a sudden, reached over and jerked the steering wheel to the right. The husband lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a palm tree, ejecting 3 of the children. All 4 children were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment. Johnson told investigators that she only "touched" the wheel to try and prevent it from striking another vehicle, but a highway surveillance camera showed there were no other vehicles near the family's car at the time of the crash. Charges were then filed against the mom. Her bail was set at $10000.
  • A Cronulla woman (42) has been charged with assaulting her ex-partner (39) and her baby girl (8-month-old). She got involved in an argument with the father of the baby, whereby she assaulted him and the child. A man who witnessed the incident rescued the child and took her to the hospital, where she is recovering with a bruised eye.
  • African-American Florida woman Marissa Alexander (31) sentenced to 20 years in prison for shooting what she described as warning shots into a wall during a confrontation with her husband. 2 children were with him when she fired a shot in his direction, and she was charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault. Alexander's lawyers claimed self-defense in the case, and said her husband had a history of abuse in their relationship. They invoked Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, which gives people the right to use lethal force if they feel their life is threatened. The jury ultimately sided with prosecutors in deciding Alexander’s actions were not in self-defense. Her sentencing fell under the guidelines of what's known in Florida as the "10-20-Life" law, which set certain mandatory minimum sentences for crimes committed with a firearm, and requires that any crime committed with a gun earns the perpetrator a minimum 10 year sentence. If the firearm is discharged, the convicted will receive a 20-year minimum sentence. And if shots fired from the gun injure or kill anyone, the minimum sentence is 25-years to life.
  • Former "Baseball Wives" star Anna Benson arrested for breaking into estranged husband Kris Benson's house - wearing bulletproof vest, and tried to rob him at gunpoint. She also whipped out an "expandable metal baton" and threatened to beat her him with it. He managed to get her to leave by promising to bring her some money, and rightly called the cops after she was gone. Anna Benson was charged with felonies including possession of a weapon during commission of a crime (but not DV - well, that would go against the feminist agenda of perverting the DV statistics).
  • Sandra Guedes (36) got in argument with her husband because he reportedly did not buy her a memento. The husband retired to bed soon after the disagreement. Approximately 10 minutes after, Guedes entered the bedroom and "told him she ripped the green Harley Davidson t-shirt, poured a bottle of Brazilian Cachaca, and slide the band of a watch he had bought for his friends while in Brazil". The husband reportedly went to investigate the matter, Guedes cornered him, and "entered the office with a knife (approximately 12 inches long with a white handle) in her right hand (at her side) and stated to him, 'If you go back into the bedroom, I am going to kill you and tell the police you harmed me'". Guedes denied threatening her husband.
  • James' wife of 14 months, Whitney Mongiat (30, a nurse at the University of Tennessee Medical Centre in Knoxville), always throws massive temper tantrum "when she does not get her way". In a particular instance that he recorded, she wanted to go to the lake (which was really "more of a crick"), but James (also known as Jim) had already earmarked his weekend for household chores and car maintenance. Commence hissy fit. She has broken doors off the jambs at their house... That was the last day James lived in their house. He has moved out and filed a restraining order against her. He says he knew it was truly over when his wife defriended him on Facebook. After dealing with her drinking problems ("she is on probation for a DUI"), trying to patch things up through marriage counseling ("she showed up 10 minutes late and left"), and suffering in silence while she repeatedly tried "to convince all of her friends that I [James] was always yelling and cussing", James decided to call it a day. As usual, the MSM immediately jumped in with one-sided sob-story of victimhood of the woman, who herself refused to talk to them but her mother, Beverly Jones (56, who only spoke to her daughter; she has not seen the video - nor intends to watch it), says her "shattered" daughter has been "betrayed" by James who posted the humiliating YouTube video of her meltdown. And looks like the mother is just as childish as her daughter, she said Whitney was not given an advanced warning that the video was going to be posted on YouTube. (Yeah right, as if the police during a sting operation gives warning to the criminals.) Here are the updates on the issue, presenting the other side of the story:
~ 2013/07/31: Lake tantrum: James Mongiat is wrong.
~ 2013/07/31: MWT Radio: Lake tantrum special.
  • Woman decides to elevate an argument with a man to the physical level, winds up getting dumped in a swimming pool twice. She was arrested.
  • Illusionist Derren Brown (of the show "Infamous") described his terror after a man fell from a balcony during one of his shows. The man was reportedly in the upper tier of the Palace Theatre in London's West End when his wife pushed him. "He fell and caught the upper circle on the way down, and was hanging from it", Brown tweeted after the show. The man caught a lighting rig as he fell, and was rescued by "a couple of guys" who "pulled him back from the second balcony". (The balcony is about 45 feet above the stage.) Twitter users have expressed their opinions over the incident. Notice how the linked news story is presenting one of those opinions as fact.
  • Dallas police arrived at Kenneth Hughes' workplace questioning him about his relationship with his wife of 34 years, Shirley Hughes, and his oldest daughter, Tammy Lewis; and escorted him to police headquarters, where the authorities told him that the 2 women had plotted a murder-for-hire scheme to collect on his $200000 life insurance policy. He was shocked at the allegations made against his wife but not his daughter. Lewis had recently moved into her parents' home after a divorce and was in deep financial trouble. Hughes and Lewis had a strained relationship. The two women are being held at the Dallas County Jail on $100000 bond and face charges of solicitation to commit capital murder. Lewis offered $25000 to an undercover detective acting as a hit-man to kill her father, and said she wanted her dad shot dead as soon as possible. Lewis gave the undercover officer a loaded pistol to use in the homicide. Lewis said she and her mother would pay the would-be killer the $25000 fee from her father's $200000 life insurance policy as soon as it was cashed.
  • In Canada, women (e.g., Nicole Ryan, aka Nicole Doucet) can hire a hit-man to kill their husbands; on getting caught, they only need to say that the husband was abusive, and the courts will taunt the police for interrupting her in her work.
  • Former escort girl Dalia Dippolito (28) was caught after a former lover who she had entrusted to find a hit-man told police. She gave an informant pictures of Michael Dippolito (38, her husband of 6 months, "a guy that was gullible") and $1200 for a hit-man to purchase a handgun. She also offered to create an alibi for herself and detailed her husband's daily schedule. An undercover cop posing as a hit-man called Dippolito, arranged a meeting, and asked for $3000 in cash and a key to the couple's home. The undercover officer later met Dippolito in a pharmacy parking lot and asked if she was sure she wanted her husband killed. She laughed, "I will be very happy". Dippolito discussed getaway routes, her home's security system, the location of her husband, and the fee for the task. The officer again asked if she was sure. "I'm not going to change my mind", she responded. "I am 5000% sure I want it done. When I set my mind to something, I get it done." She was charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder. Mike Dippolito is still married to his wife, they are in the process of getting a divorce. Mr Dippolito said, "You have to understand she was not like that, we got along very well. If you listen to how her family talk about her how good of person she was, when I met her I was under the same impression." The woman was jailed for 20 years (but was released from jail on a $500000 bond and went to her mother's home, where she will be on house arrest pending an appeal of her trial). The judge said Dippolito had not shown any remorse and called her a "puppet master" who took advantage of her husband. Dippolito's lawyers had tried to claim she thought she was taking part in a new reality show and talking to the hit-man was part of a stunt. But a jury rejected her story after listening to secret recordings of Dippolito trying to secure the services of a hit-man in 2009. On the tape she can be heard saying, "No one is going to be able to point a finger at me".
  • Faith Wairimu Maina hired hit-men twice to kill John Muthee (her husband of 15 years, and father of her 2 children), saying Muthee had an extra-marital affair with a woman named Njeri Wambaa. After her earlier mission flopped, she, in her second attempt, roped in one Mama Kevo whose duty was to scout for and hire a hit squad whose sole duty was to murder Muthee. Mama Kevo began her search and approached one Wilson Mwangi (who was actually a police informer) to link her up with the hit-men. 3 police officers, posing as hit-men, got in touch with Wairimu. Wairimu paid them a down payment of 40000 shillings through Mpesa (a mobile money transfer system). To ensure that her mission did not flop a second time, she demanded to know if the 'hit-men' were armed, to which one of them showed her his official pistol. She also demanded for the bloodstained clothes of her husband to confirm his death before completing the Sh160000 balance. She sent an SMS to the officers giving her husband's mobile phone number so that they could lure him out of the house and accomplish the job. On the material day, the officers called Muthee, posing as customers for macadamia, but he did not leave the house. On a Tuesday morning, Wairimu called the 'hit-men' and informed them that she was in the company of her husband near Equity Bank in Zimmerman. They took Muthee to Kasarani Police Station, and the officers spoke with his wife on telephone, exposing what was being planned behind his back to Muthee. An officer took Muthee's jacket, soaked it in blood in a nearby butchery, and delivered it to Wairimu, where she paid the balance before being apprehended. In mitigation, Wairimu said she was the sole provider of her family and was in an abusive marriage. She sought the court's forgiveness.
  • Buruburu woman (34, works at a power firm) hired a hit-man to kill her husband of 4 years (who works in the same company). She was arrested at the local shopping centre after she had paid a down payment of 10000 shillings to the would-be hit-man, along with a picture of her husband for identification. She had agreed to pay Sh150000 for the mission. She wanted her husband eliminated and his body not found. The woman was released on a cash bail; she is yet to face the charges. The plot to murder the man started on June 2 when the woman told 2 women (her friends) that she and her husband were supposed to travel to Mombasa and spend the Madaraka Day weekend there, and asked them on how she could get her husband eliminated. After the meeting in the house, one of the women known to the family as Mama Vanessa, went to her Dandora home and confessed to her husband what had been offered to her. Mama Vanessa's husband offered to carry out the mission, posed as a hit-man, and called the woman for briefing. The hit-man got his would-be-victim's contacts from the mobile phone that the accused woman had given to Mama Vanessa.
  • Kansas City woman Dorothy M Cascone (58) paid a hit-man $1000 to kill her ex-husband George Cascone in order to collect insurance money. She was charged with first-degree assault in a murder-for-hire plot, and is being held on $100000 bond. When the hired hit-man asked how she wanted her ex-husband killed, she said she did not want a bloody mess. "I just want him dead." She wanted the killing to occur at midnight Monday because "the fireworks and other guns would be going off". She provided the witness with a .38-caliber loaded gun, a photograph of George Cascone, and 3 handwritten maps of George Cascone's Northland residence depicting where George Cascone and his female friend would be sleeping and where a safe would be. Cascone also told the confidential witness to get the safe and also to recover a .45-caliber weapon that was in George's residence. She also told the witness that George takes a lot of medication before going to sleep and that once he is asleep, he is a sound sleeper. Cascone bought black shoes, pants, and a shirt for the hit-man. She gets just 5 years.
  • Julia Charlene Merfeld (21) is found guilty of trying to hire an undercover police officer posing as a hit-man to kill her husband (27). Merfeld's co-worker Carlos Ramos had reported her to police after she offered him $50000 to murder her husband. The police then set up meetings between Merfeld and one of their officers posing as a hit-man. She wanted her husband murdered so that she could collect the $400000 life insurance policy. (Because, of course, who would suspect a woman of her husband's murder once it's been done?) She says, "When I first decided to do this, it's not that we weren't getting along, as terrible as it sounds, it was easier than divorcing him. I didn't have to worry about the judgment of my family, I didn't have to worry about breaking his heart, all that stuff, like this is like a clean getaway... I mean it's gonna break my heart when it happens, but it's something that I've been thinking about a whole lot." She was also adamant that his death be quick and painless - When asked if she wanted her husband to die by a knife or a gun, she told the undercover police officer to "do a gun, it's painless". (Hmm... so very compassionate.) In the last recorded meeting between the fake hit-man and Merfeld, she provided him with a photo of her husband, a plan of their home, a $100 down payment on the murder, and a promise to pay him the remainder of the $50000 in weekly $9000 installments to avoid suspicion at her bank. Her husband requested that she serve no jail time and Judge Marietti, while ignored that request, did commit to capping Merfeld's minimum sentence at just 6 years in prison. (Merfeld is eligible for a maximum life sentence in prison, and a minimum 7 years).
  • Ex-wife almost gets away with a hit on her former husband. This types of incidents are nothing new, nor too uncommon. In November 2009, Katy woman Catherine Shamp was arrested after she tried to hire a hit-man (who was actually a police informant) to murder her husband David Shamp (38). During their sting operation, the investigators listened through a recording device as the woman offered $20000 for the murder. She was charged with solicitation for capital murder. Bail was set at $30000. (So this way, they made $10000 more.)
  • One of Canada's most infamous female convicts, Karla Homolka, is a child-rapist, torturer, and killer. She was released from prison after serving a short 12-year sentence for her involvement in drugging, raping, torturing, and killing young girls over a decade ago. The dead teens included her own young sister whose innocence was offered by Homolka to her boyfriend as a gift. At age 17, Homolka met Paul Bernardo (23 then), and had sex with him on the day that they first met. They shared the same sado-masochistic desires. Bernardo was involved in raping women with the approval of Homolka. Homolka arranged her virgin sister Tammy (15) for him. The couple raped her. Tammy began choking on her own vomit and ultimately died. Homolka decided a young and virginal teenager named Jane would make a good replacement for Tammy. The couple engaged in brutal sexual attacks on the unconscious teen. The next day when the teenager awoke, she was sick and sore but had no idea of the violation her body had endured. Jane managed to survive. On 1991/06/15, Bernardo kidnapped Leslie Mahaffy. He and Homolka repeatedly raped Mahaffy over a course of several days; and eventually killed Mahaffy and cut her body into pieces, encased the pieces in cement, and threw the cement in a lake. On June 29, Mahaffy's remains were found by a couple canoeing on the lake, the same day that Bernardo and Homolka got married. On 1992/04/16, the couple kidnapped Kristen French (15) from a church parking lot after Homolka lured her to their car, pretending to need directions. The couple engaged in acts of humiliating, torturing, and sexually abusing the teen. Right before the couple left for Easter Sunday dinner with Homolka's family, they killed her. Her body was found on April 30 in a ditch in Burlington.
  • Girl (18) beheaded her father using a Tramontia bush knife because he allegedly repeatedly raped her in the night and tried again in the morning. Local leaders in the Dei District of the Western Highlands Province say the father deserved to die and that they will not turn his daughter over to police following the discovery of his decapitated body. The pastor and other community leaders have further agreed to not provide the girl's father with a proper burial because of his accused crime.
  • Brigitte Harris researched the 1993 case of Lorena Bobbitt (the 'famous' woman who had cut off her husband's penis and got a pussy pass as well as a celebration as a victim who had turned into a cultural hero). On 2007/07/28, Brigitte went to see her father alone in her Rockaway apartment. After a heated conversation, she handcuffed her father, stuffed a towel down his throat to suffocate him, and using a scalpel, removed his penis. She threw the severed penis under a Far Rockaway boardwalk. She called 911 and told them that he was still alive and that she was on her way to the police station, but she never showed up. Instead, she called her sister Carleen Harris and told her what she had done, who advised her to come to her home instead of going to the police. Carleen hired a defense lawyer to represent Brigitte, whom Brigitte told that her father had sexually abused her during her childhood. Carleen also admitted that she was sexually abused by their father as well. She set up a website called savebridget.com to raise money for her sister's legal defense. Brigitte's jury found her guilty of the lesser included offense of second-degree manslaughter, and not murder. One juror reported that "None of us felt that she deserved to get any murder charges or anything. So we decided on second-degree manslaughter". Even the judge was prompted to chide the jurors for elevating their sympathies over the law. Just like Lorena Bobbitt, Brigitte Harris received an outpouring of supporters, including US Senator Chuck Schumer and New York State Senators Diane Savino and Eric Adams. She had referred to herself as "Lady Vengeance" and "The Original Dark Angel" on her MySpace page, and had claimed that she had not intended to kill her father, "I felt that I had to stop him". "Take away his weapon."
  • After a dispute, West Australian woman Veronika-Leigh Meleane Pahuru (20) mowed down her father Kaiawa Pahuru (41) with a Nissan Navara utility. She had been charged with murder, but a plea bargain for the lesser charge of manslaughter(!) was accepted in WA's Supreme Court.
  • Sandra Layne (75) was convicted of second-degree murder for killing her grandson Jonathan Hoffman (17) in her Detroit-area home. Jurors rejected her claim that she shot him six times in self-defense. Layne fired 10 shots at him, striking him 6 times over a 6-minute span during an argument. Jonathan's 911-call revealed that Layne had left him bleeding but then returned with more gunfire. She was also found guilty of using a firearm during a felony.
  • Charlene Fears (38) killed her grandson Roderick Geiger III (4) with butchers knives. When the officers were trying to save the boy who was bleeding profusely from stab wounds to his stomach and chest, the grandmother was drenched in blood, brandishing the two knives, and charged at the officers. She was shot. Both the boy and his grandmother were pronounced dead at hospital.
  • Woman in her early 40's murdered her estranged common-law husband Ewan Brown's daughter Natasha Brown (4, born out of her dad's relationship with another woman in the community) by beheading her. She dumped the body in a sinkhole in Duanvale, ironically as the world celebrates Childs Month. Community member Marvin Grossett snaked his way down the hole, estimated to be about 25 feet deep. After he reached the bottom of the hole, he saw the infant's head beside a black plastic garbage bag in which the child's torso was concealed. He placed the head into the bag and worked his way out of the hole. Notice how the linked story gives everyone's name but of the murderer.
  • Klara Mauerova admitted torturing her son Ondrej (8) and his brother Jakub (10). She kept Ondrej locked in a cellar for months. He was beaten, and kept naked, chained, and gagged so he could not scream. Later he was partially skinned and his raw human flesh was fed to cannibal relatives. The two boys told how their mother and relatives had stubbed cigarettes out on their bare skin, whipped them with belts, and tried to drown them. The family had sexually abused them and even made them cut themselves with knives. They were kept in cages or handcuffed to tables, and made to stand in their own urine for days. Mauerova had installed a monitor so she could gloat over her victims' suffering from the comfort of her kitchen. The signals from this monitor were picked by a man's baby-monitor and that is how the abuse was discovered. Police were called, and the boy and his brother, as well as what appeared to be a 13-year-old girl were freed. But the seemingly 13-year-old girl was really Barbara Skrlova (34) - Mauerova's sister and one of the children's torturers - who later ran away to Norway but was found by Czech cops. Another sister Katerina Mauerova and another relative are all accused of involvement in the abuse of the boys. It's also claimed that a man known only as the "Doctor" sent mobile phone text messages to the Mauerova sisters telling them how to abuse the two boys.
  • Philadelphia woman Regina Bennett (46) tied up a special-needs woman (36, gaunt, malnourished, family members say she's Bennett's cousin) by her arms and legs on a urine-soaked bed in her basement. The unidentified victim was taken to nearby Einstein Hospital and had injuries all over her body. Bennett is charged with kidnapping, assault, unlawful restraint, and other related offences. Police had first arrived at her residence to break up a physical fight between her and her neighbor Liza Figueroa, and Bennett was arrested for threatening and physically assaulting Figueroa. Then officers entered Bennett's home to look for a child that neighbors said might have been left behind in the building unattended, and, instead of a child, they found a malnourished woman tied by cloth to a soiled bed by her arms and legs. She was wearing only a diaper and had a limited vocabulary.
  • DV advocate and Law and Order State Representative from Fairfield, Brenda Kupchick (48), was arrested on third-degree assault on her sister Lisa Fabrizi (42, who was charged with disorderly conduct) and disorderly conduct charges. Kupchick admitted she recently got a gun and has a temporary permit for it. The judge ordered her to turn it over to police. She was also ordered to stay away from Fabrizi. Kupchick had attacked her sister, scratching her face, following a family picnic at Kupchick's home Saturday night. Their dispute had turned physical as Kupchick attempted to "prevent her sister from doing something not in her best interest". Kupchick serves on the Public Safety, Housing, and Program Review and Investigations committees in the state house. In the town of Fairfield, she was previously a member of the Representative Town Meeting, the Board of Education, and the Parks and Recreation Commission.
  • Tiara Drake (24) wanted some of a relative's cheese, but the woman refused to share. So Drake decided to poison 5 family members. She awakened before the rest of the family the next morning and used detergent, window cleaner, and a household cleanser to poison the cheese. The rest of the family made breakfast with the cheese and began eating it before one of them determined it was tainted.
  • Delphine LaLaurie was a sadistic socialite. Her home was a chamber of horrors. On 1834/04/10, a fire broke out in her mansion's kitchen, and firefighters found two slaves chained to the stove. They appeared to have started the fire themselves, in order to attract attention. The firefighters were led by other slaves to the attic, where, over a dozen disfigured and maimed slaves were manacled to the walls or floors. Several had been the subjects of gruesome medical experiments. One man appeared to be part of some bizarre sex change, a woman was trapped in a small cage with her limbs broken and reset to look like a crab, and another woman with arms and legs removed, and patches of her flesh sliced off in a circular motion to resemble a caterpillar. Some had had their mouths sewn shut (and had subsequently starved to death), while others had their hands sewn to different parts of their bodies. Most were found dead, but some were alive and begging to be killed, to get a release from the pain. LaLaurie fled before she could be bought to justice; she was never caught.
  • Ilse Koch (known as The "Beast/Bitch/Witch of Buchenwald" because of her sadistic cruelty towards prisoners in Nazi concentration camps) was one of the most infamous Nazi commandants in the entire world. She was married to another evil Nazi Karl Otto Koch (who served in the SS), but outshone him in the depraved, inhumane disregard for life which was her trademark. In Buchenwald, Koch had the need to build an indoor sports arena for which she paid 250000 marks for, all of which were stolen from prisoners. She used her sexual prowess by wandering around the camps naked, with a whip, and if any man so much as glanced at her she would have him shot on the spot. The most infamous accusation against Ilse Koch was that she had selected inmates with interesting tattoos to be killed, so that their skins could be made into lampshades for her home. She and Karl Otto were arrested on 1943/08/24, the charges against them were embezzlement, private enrichment, and the murder of prisoners to prevent them from testifying in court. Ilse Koch was acquitted for her crimes due to lack of evidence but Otto was still found guilty and was sentenced to death. After the war, she was arrested on 1945/06/30 and sentenced to life in prison on 1947/08/12. After serving only 2 years in prison, her sentence was brought down to 4 years in prison. She was then re-arrested due to the uproar from the public in 1949 and appeared before a West German court. 250 witnesses testified against her and 50 that were part of the defense. Due to an ailment, Koch collapsed in court and was given a later date in January of 1951. On 1951/01/15, she was convicted of incitement to murder, incitement to attempted murder, incitement to the crime of committing grievous bodily harm, and sentenced to life imprisonment. After several attempts to acquire an appeal and several dismissals, Koch finally committed suicide via hanging at the Alchach women's prison on 1967/09/01.
  • On the Thanksgiving Day, 1980/11/27, former school teacher Priscilla Joyce Ford (51 at that time, black, 5'4"-tall, 125 pounds) - who previously (in 1957) had shot her second husband and then herself (with no charges filed) - had crackers and Emerald Dry Wine and left on her errand in a 6-year-old blue Lincoln Continental car, with a blood-alcohol ratio of 0.162 (that's too drunk to be driving legally). At 14:59, the Lincoln jumps the curb and careens down the sidewalk. It hits the curb at about 20 miles an hour. The car rapidly accelerates to as high as 40 miles an hour, driving 100 feet down the sidewalk. It crosses the Second Street crosswalk and continues another 322 feet down the sidewalk in front of the bank, in front of Harrah's, Nevada Club, and Harold's Club. Then it's back on Virginia Street, crossing to the southbound lane and stopping two blocks later behind traffic at the Fifth Street traffic light, which is red. 5 people are killed immediately, and 24 are injured. (7 people had died of injuries suffered in the attack, but due to the issues involved in changing the murder indictment, Ford was later charged with only 6 counts of murder - along with 23 counts of attempted murder.) 14 people will be sent to Washoe Medical Center; the remaining 10 to St. Mary's. Street signs, body parts, clothing, and the wounded and dead lie on the sidewalk and in the gutter. "It looked as though someone had gone through the streets with a lawnmower, mowing people down." "It looked like a battlefield - there were bodies all over the place." John Oakes wass the deputy district attorney on call that day, "I got downtown, and it was a fucking war zone. There were bodies and shit everywhere. It was carnage. People were crying, and ambulances were responding. It was a cluster-fuck". Ford was quoted as saying, "The more dead, the better" as she waited for tests to determine her blood's alcohol or drug content in the early days of the trial. "I deliberately planned to get as many as possible. A Lincoln Continental can do a lot of damage, can't it?" She claimed to a psychiatrist that 7 years before, Reno child welfare officials had stolen her daughter Wynter Scott (11), and so she committed the murders. However, while the officials had taken her daughter after Ford had been arrested for trespassing and assault, the other testimony showed she'd known her daughter's location, in Los Angeles with relatives, for some time. Later, she claimed the car had suffered some kind of mechanical malfunction. Her daughter, Wynter Scott, testified that her mother had talked about having the girl artifically inseminated, so that she could give birth to a messiah. (Among other things, Ford had also taught her daughter how to smoke marijuana at the age of 9.) District Attorney Cal Dunlap wasn't convinced, though, calling the insanity defense a sham. But the biggest dispute at trial boiled down to whether Ford knew it was wrong for her to hurt and kill those people. At various times in the trial, Ford was ruled competent and then incompetent to stand trial, understand the charges against her or to assist her lawyers in her own defense. The prosecution argued that medication made her competent, and the court agreed. Of course, it seemed once she was competent for trial, she was also competent to decide whether she wanted to be medicated, but that argument was quickly squashed with a new motion from prosecutor Dunlap. With all the legal maneuverings, it seemed the doctors and lawyers would be the stars of the show. That was true until Ford took the stand in her own defense. During the subsequent 5 days, she made such claims as that she was the spirit of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and Adam reincarnate. By 1986/04/08, excluding the district attorney's fees, public defender's fees, judicial salaries, judicial support staff salaries, and some commitment of facilities, Ford's direct trial costs totaled $274494. To date, due to sanity hearings and death penalty appeals, Ford has missed more than 5 court-appointed dates with the executioner, and many people, including prosecutor Dunlap, doubt she'll ever be put to death.
  • Jennifer San Marco (44) shot her former neighbor, Beverly Graham, in the head and then drove to her former place of employment in Goleta, California, where she fatally shot 6 postal workers, and then killed herself. This case is popular by the name "Going Postal". People who knew her described bizarre behavior (showing up at a service station naked, mumbling to herself as if she were two people arguing). 2 months prior to the shooting, the police were alerted to her bizarre behavior - Darlene Hayes (the office manager of a mental health clinic) said she saw Ms San Marco alone in a post office parking lot, kneeling at her car and talking to herself. Lt. Maxine Spidle of the police said the department had no record of Ms Hayes's call. Postal inspectors, joined by local law enforcement officers, an explosives unit from the Albuquerque airport police, and deputies from the sheriff's department in Santa Barbara County, Calif., searched Ms San Marco's yellow 2-story house on 3 acres of dusty hillside. They seized 3 boxes of "items of interest".
  • After Professor Dr Amy Bishop (45, neuroscientist with a Harvard Ph.D.) learned that she had lost her long battle to gain academic tenure at the university, she shot 6 faculty members at a faculty meeting at the University of Alabama, killing 3 fellow biology professors including the department's chairman, and wounding 3 others. Her lawyer says she remembers nothing of the shootings and that he plans to have her evaluated by psychiatrists. Dr Bishop's husband said prior to the shooting incident, she had begun going to a firing range. In the weeks leading up to the shooting, he told reporters, he had gone with her to the range once. He said she claimed to have borrowed the gun she used. Dr Bishop's lawyer said that she did not remember what happened next, but the police and witnesses say that on February 12, Dr Bishop went to a routine faculty meeting with a plan (and a loaded handgun). She might also have booby-trapped the science building with some sort of "herpes bomb", designed to spread the dangerous virus. Only people who had worked with Dr Bishop would know that she had done work with the herpes virus as a post-doctoral student and had talked about how it could cause encephalitis. She had also written an unpublished novel in which a herpes-like virus spreads throughout the world, causing pregnant women to miscarry. The police swept every room of the science building, finding nothing but a 9-millimeter handgun in the second-floor restroom. But those who know Dr Bishop warned that she could go to great lengths to retaliate against those she felt had wronged her. Over the years, Dr Bishop had shown evidence that the smallest of slights could set off a disproportionate and occasionally violent reaction, according to numerous interviews with colleagues and others who know her. On the morning 1986/12/06, Sam Bishop had some kind of dispute with his daughter Amy over something she had said. Amy went upstairs to her room and decided to load her father's 12-gauge shotgun, which was on the top of a trunk in his bedroom, enclosed in a case. The shells were in a nearby bureau. Amy had never used the shotgun before. She loaded it and a blast went off in her room. Police later found evidence that she had tried to conceal the results of that blast, using a Band-Aid tin and a book cover to hide holes in the wall. Carrying the shotgun, she descended the stairs to the kitchen, where her brother and mother were standing. Amy shot and killed her brother Seth (18), putting a gaping hole in his left chest and tearing open his aorta. Then she ran out into the street with the shotgun and demanded a car at a local dealership. But she was not charged with a crime, and the shooting was never fully investigated by the police. She and her family said it was an accident, and the authorities accepted their version. Tom Pettigrew, who was working in the body shop of a Ford dealership, said he and his friends saw a young woman walking around, looking into cars, carrying a shotgun. He asked, "What's going on, what are you doing here?" And she said, "Put your hands up". He put his hands up and repeated the question. She was distraught and said, "I need a car. I just got into a fight with my husband. He's looking for me, and he's going to kill me". Minutes later, the police found Amy Bishop, still holding the gun, near a village newspaper distribution agency, where workers were busy unloading Sunday papers. She appeared frightened, disoriented, and confused, but she refused his orders to drop the gun until another officer approached her from the other side. Police officers found one shell in the shotgun and another in her pocket. They began to question Amy, but her mother (who served on the town committee, an elected legislative panel of 240 members that set the town's spending) arrived and told her not to answer any more questions. Amy Bishop's release "did not sit well with these officers". A higher-up had given instructions to stop the booking process. In an interview, the area's current prosecutor William R Keating, district attorney of Norfolk County, was highly critical of the handling of the shooting 24 years ago. He said Amy Bishop could have been charged with weapons and assault felonies, which would probably have prompted a psychiatric evaluation. Had such a charge, or any of the others that followed, been on her record, it could have changed the course of Dr Bishop's career, and the fate of those who died in Huntsville. Instead, the investigation was stopped. Dr Bishop arrived in Huntsville with a padded résumé, giving the impression that she had worked at Harvard 2 years longer than the university's records indicate. Still, as a new professor with recommendations from Harvard and two other universities, she did not attract scrutiny. In 1994, she and her husband were questioned in a mail bomb plot against a doctor at Harvard, where she obtained her Ph.D. and remained on and off for nearly a decade to conduct postdoctoral research. In 2002, she was charged with assault after punching a woman in the head at an International House of Pancakes in Peabody, Mass. The woman had taken the last booster seat, and Dr Bishop demanded it for one of her children, shouting, "I am Dr Amy Bishop!" In each brush with the law until this month, Dr Bishop emerged unscathed, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville never knew of them. But she left behind a trail of neighbors, colleagues, and acquaintances who were mystified by her mood swings and volatility. She yelled at playing children, and rarely kept her opinions to herself. She rejected criticism and fudged her résumé. Her scientific work was not as impressive as she made it seem, according to independent neurobiologists, some of whom said she would have been unlikely to even get the opportunity to try for tenure at major universities. She was known to have cyclical "flip-outs", as one former student described them, that pushed one graduate student after another out of her laboratory. Dr Hugo Gonzalez-Serratos collaborated with Dr Bishop on a 1996 paper. When the paper was completed, Dr Gonzalez-Serratos said Dr Bishop flew into a rage, "She was very angry because she was not the first author", he recalled. "She broke down. She was extremely angry with all of us. She exploded into something emotional that we never saw before in our careers." Even those who worked with her on fiction writing in Massachusetts described the experience as painful and said they always had a feeling she was about to explode.
  • Execution of Kimberly McCarthy (52) by lethal injection was marked Texas' 500th modern execution. In 1997, she murdered her neighbor Dorothy Booth (71, retired college professor). During a robbery to fuel her crack-cocaine habit, McCarthy used the pretense of borrowing sugar to enter Booth's home and stabbed her. She severed Booth's finger while she was still alive. Traces of Booth's blood were found in McCarthy's home. McCarthy was also charged and indicted, but never tried, in the December 1988 deaths of 2 elderly black women: Maggie Harding (81) was stabbed and bludgeoned with a meat tenderizer, Jettie Lucas (85) was beaten with a claw hammer and stabbed with a knife.
  • In Ciudad Juarez, a Mexican woman, who goes by "Diana the Huntress bus driver" (whom the media describes as 'avenger'), kills 2 bus drivers, because she wants to take revenge for violence suffered by women (think social 'justice'). More killings have been announced.
  • Sylvia Seegrist (she's in her 20's) dressed in combat fatigues drove to a suburban mall carrying ''a considerable amount'' of ammunition, and opened fire with a .22-caliber semiautomatic carbine - killing a boy (2, who died in the hospital) and a man (64), and wounding 8 others. After shooting several people who were standing outside the mall at an electronic banking machine, she walked into the mall, continuing to fire as she moved. The patrons were screaming and shoving to get away from the woman and bodies were ''sprawled all over'' the mall. One man suffered a heart attack. The woman was captured when John Loufer (24, a volunteer fireman who had been shopping) jumped her from behind. He held her while others wrested the gun out of her hands. 5 of the victims were taken to the hospital. One of the victims, Dr Ernest Trout (67), who had been shot in the head and abdomen, was reported in critical condition. Another victim (17-year-old woman) was shot twice in the abdomen and was in fair condition. 3 female victims (9, 10, 18) were in stable condition. A store manager saw several of the wounded, including a young child who thought the assailant was a man and said, ''He looked right at me and shot me. Why did he shoot me?'' The criminal was arraigned on charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and possession of an unregistered firearm. The Rev. Allen Hughes of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Springfield said he had known Miss Seegrist for 5 years, "She has been hospitalized 12 times in the last 10 years for violent outbreaks". "4 years ago she was committed after stabbing an individual and was confined for 4 months", Mr Hughes said.
  • On 1997/11/14, Reena Virk (14) was swarmed and beaten under a bridge by a group of teenagers, mainly girls. Battered and bloodied, she managed to get at home. Two of the original attackers dragged her back and beat her again, leaving her in Victoria's Gorge waterway. Police found her dead body 8 days later. 6 girls (ages 14 to 16) were sentenced in 1998 for their roles in the initial beating. Warren Glowatski (17 at the time) was convicted of second-degree murder a year later. Kelly Marie Ellard (15 when she drowned Virk in water) has stood trial 3 times. In 2000, she was convicted of second-degree murder but 3 years later, the B.C. Court of Appeal ordered a new trial. That ended with a deadlocked jury. A third trial in 2005 again convicted Ellard of second-degree murder, but the B.C. Court of Appeal ordered a fourth trial in 2008. However, the Supreme of Court of Canada upheld the third conviction in June 2009.
Notice how Wikipedia, which used to be a good enough source of information on even the gender-related matters before the feminists invaded and took control of it (who now post everything based on their ideology rather than logic and facts, and ban anyone questioning their assertions or making fair points), names Ellard's boyfriend first as a perpetrator. But the murder went like this: Ellard organized an outside party and had Virk invited. When Virk arrived, the girls (most of whom were not named in the criminal case) swarmed the unsuspecting Virk and beat her until one of the girls told them to stop. Virk managed to stumble away but Ellard told her boyfriend to follow her. Ellard smashed Virk's head into a tree, knocking her unconscious, and the 2 of them dragged Reena under a bridge where they continued to beat her and then drown her in the water. The boy, unlike Ellard, expressed remorse and responsibility for his actions, choosing to communicate with Reena's parents to help them heal. Ellard has never publicly admitted that she did anything wrong.
  • In a "brutal and callous" attack to get his money, lesbian couple Kelly Louise Barnes and Jodie Barnes tortured and beat a man, then cut him with a knife to death.
  • Two women Wanda Ash (34) and Pamela Pike (31) have been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Jason Skinner. Both the women have criminal records. Police was called to the house and found Skinner seriously injured inside the house. They rushed him to the town's hospital where he later died.
  • Paula Cooper (15 at that time) devised a plan to steal money with her friends. After smoking marijuana, drinking wine, and armed with a knife, they went to the home of Bible teacher Ruth Pelke (78). Cooper struck Pelke with a vase, cut her arms and legs, then stabbed her in the chest and stomach 33 times. They looted $10. Pelke died as a result of the assault. An Indiana judge sentenced Cooper to death on July 11, 1986, when she was 16, and she became the youngest person on death row in the United States. But how can a person with a vagina be allowed to make that record? In 1989, the Indiana Supreme Court reduced Cooper's death sentence to 60 years in prison. And in 2013, after 27 years behind bars, she was awarded the pussy pass and she walked out of Indiana's Rockville Correctional Facility a free woman. More than 2 million people had signed a petition asking the Indiana Supreme Court to overturn Cooper's death sentence. Pope John Paul II personally appealed to Indiana Gov. Robert Orr on behalf of the teen. Cooper also had an unlikely ally supporting her release: Bill Pelke, the grandson of the woman she killed, who said he forgave Cooper for the murder 3 months after she was sentenced to death. Pelke tried to visit Cooper in 1986, but the two didn't come face to face until 8 years later. The two struck up a friendship over the years, exchanging messages through the prison e-mail system every week. Pelke said, "I hope that we're able to go out and have a meal. I've told her when she got out of prison I'd like to buy her a computer and I have a friend that would like to buy her some clothes. Hopefully we'll get together within the next few days and go shopping". He said he's never asked Cooper to explain her actions.
  • The Washington state woman Brenda Nicholas (42, a "danger to society") gets a little more than 34 years in prison in the brutal murder of a Navy veteran Francis "Patrick" Fleming (70, a 2-time Purple Heart recipient). She was the "mastermind" behind the December 2011 stabbing death of Fleming, and carried out the murder with extreme brutality. She plotted the murder because she wanted to steal his valuable coin collection. In addition to orchestrating Fleming's murder, Nicholas tried to rob another elderly gentleman on the same day Fleming was killed. Nicholas was also charged with more than 50 criminal counts, including stealing $1 million from an elderly woman and stealing from 3 different landlords. She cried through most of the hearing, telling Judge Doyle, "The boys are waiting for me, your honor" - referring to her sons. (Funny how the shameless murderers do not hesitate from even hiding behind children after committing the crimes.) Doyle said, "the heartlessness, the coldbloodedness, and the inhumanity" of Fleming's murder was both striking and disturbing.
  • Lori Ann Crook (39) has been charged with forcible confinement and first-degree murder of George Fawell (24), who was found dead by community service workers near railroad tracks with his throat slashed and hands tied behind his back. The man was savagely beaten - the slaying was described as "ferocious", with the number of injuries being "far more than what would be necessary to commit murder". The body was beaten before and possibly after death. Both sharp and blunt objects were used.
  • Karen Latham (25) flagged a car down. The man driving the car stopped the car and gave her a ride to a fast-food restaurant. When she asked for money, he gave her $5. She asked for more but he refused. So she stabbed him to death. She has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Prosecutors agreed to recommend that she be given the low end of the standard sentencing range (i.e., a partial pussy pass).
  • Ana Lilia Trujillo (44) murdered a man (59) by stabbing him multiple times with the heel of her shoe. Officers detained Trujillo and questioned her at the scene (the victim's apartment). She was initially cooperative, but she reportedly stopped speaking to investigators and was transported downtown for additional questioning. The victim lived in the apartment, but Trujillo did not and was visiting. Their relationship is unknown, the motive is unclear, and the investigation continues.
  • Girl (14) found guilty of arranging the killing of the schoolboy Junior Nkwelle (15), who was knifed in the heart and lung on a housing estate in Brixton, south London after his killer arrived on a bus. The Old Bailey found the girl and her boyfriend (17) guilty of manslaughter (but not guilty of murder). Jurors heard that Junior and his friends had been playing football on the Loughborough estate when an argument broke out, and the girl and her friends appeared to have taken offense over some matter. The girl thought that Junior had insulted her or been less than respectful to her, "she was very angry and determined that he should be punished - indeed stabbed - to put things right".
  • Girl (19) killed Ashlee Hyatt (16 at that time) by stabbing her (by swinging the knife twice at her head). The two girls had exchanged insults and started pushing each other. Hyatt ended up on top of the accused and punched her in the face at least twice. A sober witness nearby said the girl pulled out a knife when they stood up. She warned Hyatt she'd stab her. They grappled again until Hyatt held her hand to her cheek, which was cut. They fought again for 5 seconds until Hyatt stopped, holding her neck. A major artery under her collar bone was sliced and she bled profusely. Hyatt walked a few paces and collapsed. She later died of blood loss. The accused girl had testified at a trial that the hostess must have stabbed Hyatt and she took the knife from her. The B.C. Supreme Court Justice Geoff Barrow and the jury rejected that version. The accused girl still refuses to accept responsibility for her actions. But Barrow says that she shows promise. He also said that she was honest and forthcoming with the 5 experts who interviewed her. All 5 agreed it was unlikely she'd offend again. One said she'll probably lead a "pro-social" life. The girl obeyed her bail conditions but was caught drinking last month.
  • Less than a week after receiving her degree in criminal justice, Olivia Moody (21) is sentenced to 30 years for killing Vanessa Bearden (21, mother-of-two), whom she shot in front of onlookers at a Pine Bluff apartment complex. Bearden had received her nursing certification in May, weeks before she was killed; Bearden's mother has terminal cancer and was left with her daughter's young children. (Notice the tone of the news story: Very sympathetic to the murderer.) Moody did not know Bearden, but the victim was a friend of the young woman who was dating Moody's former boyfriend. Moody claimed that she had been bullied by a group of women from the neighborhood and that the shooting was self-defense. The jury decided it was second-degree murder. The dispute between Moody and the new girlfriend had escalated on Facebook. According to testimony in the 3-day trial, an hour before the shooting, a group of women (including Bearden) physically attacked Moody on a street and then followed her home. They didn't know that Moody had armed herself with a 9 mm pistol. Bearden, according to testimony, had a knife tucked in her waistband. When the women saw Moody's gun, they fled. Moody said she held the gun out and fired, unintentionally striking Bearden in the back shoulder as she tried to run away. Moody, freed on $25000 bond, attended classes and socialized. Friends raised nearly $10000 for her defense. Moody went to trial 4 days after her May 12 graduation. Moody and her supporters had been so confident that she would be acquitted that she turned down a plea bargain that would have kept her out of prison. Anyway, though sentenced to 30 years, Moody could be released on parole in 7 and a half years with good behavior.
  • Chinese woman killed shopkeeper (42) by squeezing his testicles so hard that he died of shock. She got into a row with him after parking her bike in front of his store when he came out of the shop and told her she could not leave her bike there. She held him in a vice-like grip and shouted, "I'll squeeze it to death, you'll never have children again".
  • Aisling McCarthy Brady (34, nanny) arrested on a charge of assault and battery after police allege she violently injured Rehma Sabir (1). At the hospital, the baby was found to be suffering from subdural and retinal hemorrhaging and cerebral swelling. 2 days later, she was pronounced brain dead and subsequently died. The toddler was also observed to have multiple healing bone fractures. A police investigation determined the child sustained injuries consistent with abusive head trauma. Doctors who examined the child found injuries that were "consistent with the slamming of a child".
  • Saudi housemaid (whose name has not been released) is sentenced to death for beheading her employer's daughter Tala Al-Shehri (4) in her care with a meat cleaver when her parents were at work and her sisters were at school. When the girl’s mother (a teacher) returned home, the maid refused to open the door and barricaded herself in the bedroom. The police arrived and smashed open the door. The housemaid is thought to have tried to commit suicide by drinking a bottle of bleach. Tala's father Khalid Al-Shehri suffered serious injuries in a road accident while rushing back home after his wife phoned him about the maid's attack on their daughter. He awoke in the hospital, only to find out that Tala had been killed. The Indonesian housemaid was also given an 8-month jail term and 200 lashes for trying to kill herself. Ibrahim Al-Mihayani of the Human Rights Commission said a team from the rights watchdog visited the maid in prison, which found that the maid seemed unperturbed by her heinous action, and she tried to win the visitors' sympathy. The housemaid's lawyer, appointed by the Indonesian mission in Riyadh (do they ever appoint a lawyer for a male criminal?), said he would appeal the verdict. The convicted woman is not the first housemaid to be on death row in Saudi Arabia - 25 Indonesian maids are on death row in Saudi Arabia and 22 others have been pardoned and sent home.
  • Migrant Indinesian housmaid Ruyati binti Sapubi (54) was executed after she was convicted of murdering her Saudi employer Khairiya bint Hamid Mijlid with a meat cleaver.
  • Indonesian maid Darsem binti Dawud Tawar faces being beheaded in Saudi Arabia after murdering her Yemeni boss who she claimed had tried to rape her. The victim's family agreed to pardon her if she came up with 2 million riyals ($533000) as "diyat" or "blood money" by July. Camapaigners are desperately trying to raise half a million dollars in blood money to save her life. They are asking for donations on TV and social networking sites like Facebook, and through officials' appeals. They had already collected $265000. The Indonesian government will pay the compensation ahead of July's deadline. "The full amount has been transferred to the Indonesian embassy in Riyadh and a team from the Foreign Ministry will be flying there tonight to oversee the payment process. We hope her life will be spared."
  • Megan Meier (13) believed that somewhere in the world lived a boy named Josh Evans who was 16, owned a pet snake, and was the cutest boyfriend she ever had. She committed suicide by hanging from a belt in her bedroom closet when she believed that he hated her after their online romance on MySpace ended and Josh wrote, "The world would be a better place without you". 6 weeks after Megan's death, her parents learned that Josh Evans never existed; he was an online character created by Lori Drew (47) who lived four houses down the street. Of course, St Charles County officials did not charge Ms Drew with a crime. Because Ms Drew had taken Megan on family vacations, she knew the girl had been prescribed antidepression medication. After Megan's suicide, when paramedics worked to revive Megan, the neighbor said Lori Drew called the neighbor's daughter and told her to "keep her mouth shut" about the MySpace page.
  • Kayla Bourque (23) likes a target who would be someone weak and vulnerable who can be overpowered, but also someone strong enough "to fight back a little", according to court documents on the convicted animal torturer. She doesn't have a specific target in mind, but has a "type of victim" she could hurt if the opportunity presents itself. She planned to kill before she turned 40, with "the primary target being someone under the age of 14, as such a person would be easy to overpower". She was jailed for weapon possession, and torturing and killing animals, but was awarded the pussy pass and was released from jail after almost 9 months. She is also a sexual sadist who feels no remorse, but can't be certified under the Mental Health Act because she isn't considered psychotic. Child pornography charges she was facing were stayed. She had fantasized about killing people since age 11 or 12. She admitted to hurting other kids at school and summer camp. There were also allegations she pushed a pin into a high-school classmate's forehead and encouraged another student to stab another student with a knitting needle. She told a classmate at Simon Fraser University, where she studied criminology, that she used to squish frogs to hear them scream, and decapitated the neighbours' cats when she was growing up. She also killed her family's cats and a dog, and dismembered them. When she first arrived in Vancouver, she stalked alleys for homeless people to kill, but decided against it because there were too many people around. She also admitted to thinking about killing a drunk roommate; the classmate later contacted police. She also told another student that she had disemboweled and dismembered cats. She also said she wanted to kill someone in residence and was taking forensic classes because she wanted to "get away" with something in the future. She was arrested after confiding to a fellow student that she wanted to learn how to get away with murder. In her dorm room, the police found a so-called "kill kit", which was a blue nylon bag containing a kitchen knife, razor blade, syringe (a hypodermic needle), mask, 3 large garbage bags, and plastic handcuffs. They also found a video of her killing her family's dog and another of torturing and killing the family cat. Here's the contents of the Search Warrant, just to make your spine tingle.
  • Oakland woman La Preda Thomas is accused of hurting and severely injuring more than 15 cats and kittens for the past 3 years. Oakland Animal Services first noticed La Preda Thomas in 2006 when she was found on numerous occasions with cats or kittens she claimed to have rescued but that had serious and unusual injuries, including multiple broken limbs, puncture wounds, and severely injured eyes. In 2007, animal services seized a cluster of kittens from Thomas' home that had been left in a cage in the sun with no water - Two of those kittens each had a front leg that was completely broken in half in almost identical locations. Other cats she owned had their claws cut off, sometimes with portions of the toes removed. Animal services learned Thomas was on probation for burglary. Her home was searched in July and September, both of which turned up severely injured kittens or cats. Thomas allegedly denied hurting any animals. Despite horrendous cruelties, La Preda was only given a wrist slap. She is free today on probation.

  • Mother-of-two Navlet Anderson (50) jailed for 3 years and banned from driving for 5 years after crashing her Vauxhall Corsa into Antalya kebab shop, injuring 4 people. The incident took place in what the prosecutors describe as a "red mist moment" after she head-butted a teenage girl, which she has already pleaded guilty to. She was convicted of causing serious injury by dangerous driving but cleared of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. One victim, Stephen Brothwood (whom Anderson described as a "dear friend"), sustained a punctured lung and broken ribs and legs when she reversed over him before abandoning the vehicle. Anderson tried to blame the crash on her flip-flops getting stuck under the pedals, but that didn't stick. Judge Geoffrey Mercer QC said it was "pure fortune" no one died, "I have not the slightest doubt you were driving in anger. Your anger may have been directed specifically at someone other than those who had the misfortune to be there and be struck by the car... But the reality is you drove in such a way in your anger that you had no regard as to who might be in your way."
  • Emma Way (21) knocked cyclist Toby Hockley (29) by her car, and bragged about and justified her act on Twitter under username "EmmaWay20". Toby, after being clipped by her car, went flying off his bike into a hedge. He managed to come out but "the car was nowhere to be seen. She hit me, and she was gone. All I know is that it was a blonde girl driving", he said, "I have a sore elbow, a bruised knee, nettle stings from riding through the hedge, but nothing serious". Another tweet on Emma's account passed to the police featured a picture of a speedometer at 95mph (25mph over the national limit). All the police has done is send her a message on Twitter to report the incident and then message them back - again, on Twitter.
  • Pregnant mother-of-seven Jacqueline Rolfe (28) stabbed her friend Jade Williams in a "drink and drug-fuelled rage", and was convicted by of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. However, she was awarded the womb pass and has been spared a jail sentence thanks to the Human Rights Act. Rolfe had an argument with her lover and was agitated. She began smashing a window and a vase and throwing furniture and toys around the house. Ms Williams pleaded with her to calm down as three of the children were upstairs. Rolfe took a second call, after which she began emptying drawers in the kitchen. She "then flew at" Williams, and the latter felt a punch below the ribcage, which turned out to be a stab wound. Rolfe stepped back and her friend realised she was holding a six-inch kitchen knife, which she later used to slash her own wrists. After Rolfe was charged, Ms Williams tried to retract her statement saying she had forgiven her attacker. And when she appeared as a witness at the trial she initially refused to answer questions until she was warned she could be in contempt. Rolfe, who admitted possessing class A drugs, denied wounding but was found guilty by the jury. Her defense had raised a pussy pass, but the judge added a womb pass saying that the detrimental effects of a jail sentence on "innocent victims" (the unborn child) had to be taken into consideration. Notice how the "innocent victim" having ill effects from its mother's drinking and drugging has never been taken into account. Apparently, the Human Rights Act is only used for freeing the criminals and wrongdoers in the veil of the rights of the "innocent victims".
  • Around 17:00, customers started complaining to management at a McDonald's that they saw two women enter the bathroom alone. The manager entered the second-floor restroom and found the two women (who were lesbians) engaging in 'sexual relations'. The manager ordered them to leave, which they did. On their way out they encountered a group of 7 or 8 people who stared to verbally attack the couple. At least one person shouted, "Get out of here you dirty dykes". Things turned violent when a woman (in her 40's, she was there with her 2 children) stabbed one of the two lesbians. The victim (23) was convinced to seek medical attention and taken to the hospital for treatment.
  • 3 men began preaching to students and passers-by at Middle Tennessee State University, holding signs that read "Trust Jesus", among other things. Students began protesting the speakers and shouting them down. Feminist student Michaela Morales (a junior social work major) pushed one of the preachers, John McGlone, from the cement outcropping. Before that, in order to frame the incident as a sexual assault on her, she pushed herself on to McGlone, and then said "Get your hands of my breast NOW" before pushing McGlone off an approximately 6 feet high wall slamming his forehead into a concrete surface.
Notice how the linked news story paints it as a sexual assault on her, and describes the incident like McGlone "fell" from the cement outcropping on his own (and there's nothing about what happened to him). However, a YouTube video of the incident makes it all clear, which clearly shows that McGlone does not even have his hands anywhere near her breasts. Instead, Morales intentionally presses her own chest into the man's forearm. Also notice the reaction of the crowd, where the female fans of the bigoted student are applauding for her display of sadistic depravity and moral perversion.
Somewhat unfortunately for Michaela Morales, there was a camera that caught her whole crime on tape. So she had to be arrested, but was offered a partial pussy pass. She only served 30 days in jail, received a year of probation, and was 'forced' to pay a meager $80 in restitution to her victim. Under matriarchy, the judicial system cares not for evidence when the offender has a vagina. Would a young man doing the same to a middle-aged woman receive such a mitigated sentence?
  • A few Christians showed up with signs denouncing drunkenness and pornography at a Gay Pride Parade. Naturally, they were assaulted. A woman possibly named Rhiannon Sherbon (someone with that YouTube name claims to have been the woman in the video), besides herself harassing and assaulting the Christians, also provoked a big, fat man into attacking them. She was doing everything possible to provoke them. Her repeated efforts attracted attention, and some other people stepped in and started shoving the Christians. Punches were thrown (none by the Christians), police arrived, and arrests were made. Immediately, the woman began speaking to the police in an attempt to get the Christians arrested. One person (possibly a younger Christian) in addition to the fat man was arrested. The female provocateur was not arrested, although she clearly should have been.

  • Elizabeth Condor (19), Yomaira Brito-Santiago (24), and Mariela Dela Cruz (25) punched a man in the face when he turned down a request to buy them a drink. The man was then chased out of the bar where the beating continued. As the 3 women began hitting him with their shoes, the bar's bouncer Donald Atkinson (45) joined the brawl, taking the women's side. One of the aggressors called the police, and the 3 women initially claimed that the man had assaulted them; however, all the 4 suspects were correctly arrested and charged with felony gang assault. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for serious facial injuries, including a bleed in his right eye.
  • A group of prostitutes violently attacked Anna Burgese (34) from behind, slammed her into a wall, and then threw her to the ground in the lobby of a hotel in Miami Beach as she and her husband Joseph were returning from a night out. She was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
  • On the Family Fun Day at an elementary school, 2 women (33, 39) were charged with assaulting a woman (32), there was not enough evidence to charge a third woman. Surrounded by kids aged 5 to 13, 3 women had to be pulled off the victim after ganging up on her. The victim suffered injuries to her face and head that aren't believed to be serious. "There was hair pulling and eye gouging and punches being thrown." The attack apparently stemmed from a previous road-rage incident when one of the woman felt she was cut off. One of the alleged attackers said, in her own defence, "Well, she started it". The 2 women who were charged were released at the scene and prohibited from contacting the victim.
  • 2 feral teenage girls physically and verbally assault Roger Stapleford (56, married father of three) on a packed rush-hour train after he politely asked one of the girls to remove her feet from the chair opposite so he could sit. She swore at him in reply. Tired after a long day at work and suffering from a sore knee, Mr Stapleford swiped her leg from the seat with his hand and sat down. What ensued was an explosion of abuse. Mr Stapleford told, "The bigger girl got up and threw some of the contents of her energy drink at me. I was stunned, surprised. I just thought, 'What is this world coming to?'". She then threw a 500ml can of drink, striking Mr Stapleford on the head and inflicting a 5cm bloody gash to his forehead. She utters a string of expletives, adding, "I hope you enjoy your shower. I hope you enjoy your shower. Free shower". In the video, she was also recorded saying, "I'm not sitting next to a... Don't touch me. Next time you touch me I'll kill you. Kill everything you fucking love". A second girl then pours a Slurpee over Mr Stapleford. "I hope you enjoy that", the first girl says. "I was angry, shaking, but what could I do?" Mr Stapleford said, "I'm 6ft 4in and 110kg but just had to suck up what these young girls were throwing at me, in case I was seen as the aggressor". "It was so frustrating, because you just feel so helpless - you can't do anything in case it's perceived you are in the wrong." A passenger pressed the emergency button to inform the driver. The train driver asked the girls to leave, which they did, but they reboarded another carriage. The pair swore and abused the passengers and played loud music before leaving the train at Clifton Hill station. A second video, of the girls on the platform outside the train, shows them shouting abuse at the train driver and spitting at the train window. They also punched and kicked several of the train carriages. Officers apprehended the two girls at Clifton Hill; one physically attacked an officer. Victoria Police and Metro Trains confirmed the incident last night.

"Miss McNally fell to the floor along with the victim. As the defendant got to her feet she followed the victim to the kitchen area. She punched the victim in the head and grabbed her by the hair, pulling her out of the kitchen." The court heard how McNally had "a peppered history" and had previously committed another "alcohol-related" assault. McNally was ordered to pay her victim a mere £100.

  • Drunk arrogant Laura Binch (19), daughter of a millionaire Steve Binch (50, who runs a property company), smashed her BMW convertible through the safety barrier, and wrecked 3 house fronts. The crash left a safety barrier pole embedded into a sofa where one resident Matthew Fleming had been watching television. Fleming stepped shaken through the hole left in his home by the BMW. Binch then tried to snatch a phone off him, saying, "Do you know who my dad is? He's rich." Binch "showed no concern" and "didn't apologize" after ploughing into the houses. Binch had originally been charged with drink-driving as well as dangerous driving. But the drink-driving charge was dropped at an earlier hearing, which was criticised by the judge, who commented that once a person is convicted of drink-driving, they are automatically liable for a 3-year ban for a second identical offence.

Mason was convicted on the evidence of her fellow arsonist and ex-husband, Frank Ambrose (who agreed to turn informer for the FBI, and was jailed for 9 years). The explosive fire Mason and Ambrose set at Michigan State University on 1999/12/31 caused nearly $1m (£680000) of damage to buildings and equipment. At about 9 PM on the New Year's Eve, the couple entered an office in the Institute of International Agriculture at Michigan State University and doused it with petrol. The next day, the pair set fire to a logging camp. She has also admitted to burning boats belonging to the owner of a mink farm. The attack had a severe impact on the staff. "It really was a shock." "People were frightened and we asked ourselves how close did this come to physically harming someone."

Origins of image unknown but it is believed to come from Latin America. It seems to have appeared originally on an Argentinian Facebook page. It is not known whether the gun shown in the picture is in fact real, but many people have suggested that even if it is some sort of replica, it is nonetheless irresponsible to expose such a young child to gun violence.
