{News Stories} - Pussy Pass / Vagina Syndrome

Here are some stories of female wrongdoers being awarded the pussy pass, either owing to the 'vagina syndrome', or in the 'best interest of children', or just plain because they were not male. (Updated: 2013/09/14.)

  • On the Thanksgiving Day, 1980/11/27, former school teacher Priscilla Joyce Ford (51 at that time) - who previously (in 1957) had shot her second husband and then herself (with no charges filed) - drove a car and devastation took place. 5 people were killed immediately and 24 injured. (7 people had died of injuries suffered in the attack, but due to the issues involved in changing the murder indictment, Ford was later charged with only 6 counts of murder - along with 23 counts of attempted murder.) 14 people will be sent to Washoe Medical Center; the remaining 10 to St. Mary's. Street signs, body parts, clothing, and the wounded and dead lie on the sidewalk and in the gutter. Ford was quoted as saying, "The more dead, the better" as she waited for tests to determine her blood's alcohol or drug content in the early days of the trial. "I deliberately planned to get as many as possible. A Lincoln Continental can do a lot of damage, can't it?" Later, she claimed the car had suffered some kind of mechanical malfunction. Her daughter, Wynter Scott, testified that her mother had talked about having the girl artifically inseminated, so that she could give birth to a messiah. (Among other things, Ford had also taught her daughter how to smoke marijuana at the age of 9.) By 1986/04/08, excluding the district attorney's fees, public defender's fees, judicial salaries, judicial support staff salaries, and some commitment of facilities, Ford's direct trial costs totaled $274494. To date, due to sanity hearings and death penalty appeals, Ford has missed more than 5 court-appointed dates with the executioner, and many people, including prosecutor Dunlap, doubt she'll ever be put to death.
  • After her husband Fred Weeks (75) fell ill at a bed and breakfast, Nova Scotia woman Melissa Ann Shepard (78, nicknamed the "Internet Black Widow" because she often meets her victim men online; she is believed to have at least 13 aliases) skirted the attempted murder trial by pleading guilty to a lesser charge of administering a noxious substance and failing to provide the necessities of life, ending what was expected to be a 12-day judge-only trial. She has been sentenced to merely three-and-a-half year in prison, and even that will be reduced to 2 years and 9 months. Shepard has a history of crime against men she met online. She was convicted of killing one of her husbands, while another died under mysterious circumstances. In 1991, she was convicted of manslaughter for running over her husband Gordon Stewart twice with a car. She served 2 years of her 6-year sentence. In 2000, she married Robert Friedrich. His family said his money started to disappear after he married Shepard and his health began to falter, including mysterious fainting spells. He died of cardiac arrest in 2002. Nobody was charged. In 2005, Shepard was sentenced for a slew of charges including theft and forgery, connected to another Florida man she met online.
  • In June 2001, former nurse and stay-at-home mom Andrea Yates (47) drowned her 4 sons (2, 3, 5, 7) and a daughter (6-month-old) in the bathtub, one by one. She was initially found guilty of murder but the verdict was overturned on appeal. At her second trial in 2006, she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. She has been in the care of the mental hospital ever since the murders, while suffering from a vagina syndrome that provides a jail-free pass. But that's not enough. The entitlement princess now wants to be allowed outside the psychiatric hospital to attend church. Her attorney said he believes his client is ready to be released into society again, though she is only currently seeking a 2-hour release to attend services. Defense attorney George Parnham said he expects Yates' doctors at Kerrville State Hospital to file a letter in the next week. "We're now going to be asking for a pass for two hours weekly", he said, hoping that eventually she'll be allowed to leave the state's care for good. Yates had shocked the nation after systematically murdering her children at her suburban home. Little was known about postpartum psychosis (this particular vagina syndrome) a decade ago and most afflicted mothers were left to suffer in silence. But of course, now enough is known about the debilitating illness that Mr Parnham is confident she is ready to return to society. Mr Parnham and his wife Mary have campaigned for more awareness of women's mental health issues (i.e., inventing more vagina syndromes; they're extremely useful in the courts). 9 years ago, he helped form the Yates Children Memorial Fund to educate families about postpartum psychosis and similar conditions. 1 out of 1000 women are said to experience postpartum psychosis and may hear voices, see things, and have thoughts of harming themselves or their baby.
  • After Professor Dr Amy Bishop (45, neuroscientist with a Harvard Ph.D.) learned that she had lost her long battle to gain academic tenure at the university, she shot 6 faculty members at a faculty meeting at the University of Alabama, killing 3 fellow biology professors including the department's chairman, and wounding 3 others. Her lawyer says she remembers nothing of the shootings and that he plans to have her evaluated by psychiatrists. She might also have booby-trapped the science building with some sort of "herpes bomb", designed to spread the dangerous virus. The police swept every room of the science building, finding nothing but a 9-millimeter handgun in the second-floor restroom. Amy had also previously shot and killed her brother Seth (18), followed by ranning out into the street with the shotgun and demanding a car at a local dealership. But she was not charged with a crime, and the shooting was never fully investigated by the police. She and her family said it was an accident, and the authorities accepted their version. In 1994, she and her husband were questioned in a mail bomb plot against a doctor at Harvard, where she obtained her Ph.D. and remained on and off for nearly a decade to conduct postdoctoral research. In 2002, she was charged with assault after punching a woman in the head at an International House of Pancakes in Peabody, Mass. In each brush with the law until this month, Dr Bishop emerged unscathed, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville never knew of them.
  • Australian woman Allyson McConnell (34) drowned and killed her 2 young sons Jayden (10-month-old) and Connor (2 and a half) in a bathtub at her home. The boys' father found their bodies floating in the tub. McConnell served 10 months in custody in Alberta after a Canadian court found her guilty of manslaughter (not murder, because she's a woman). She calls herself a "loving mother" and told a newspaper she is open to having more children.
  • Brother Jason (2) and sister Harley (1) die after drowning in swimming pool while their (unidentified) mother slept indoors. The mother woke up to find the two children unconscious in the pool, but did not call 911 because there was an illegal pot-growing operation taking place at the mobile home in La Mesa, San Diego. Instead, she and her friend Larry D'Angelo (in whose home the incident occurred - notice how the man has been identified but not the woman) brought the children to a nearby fire station before D'Angelo fled the scene on foot. Larry D'Angelo was led away from his home in handcuffs after being questioned by police about the marijuana plants in his house (he is being held on $50000 bond). The mother initially told investigators that the incident occurred at a community swimming pool in a nearby mobile home park. But she later admitted that she had lied and that the incident occurred at the friend's home. It is not clear if the mother faces any charges.
  • Mary Winkler shoots and kills her sleeping husband with a 12-gauge shotgun, "says she was abused with no history, no shred of evidence", and gets away with the murder.
  • Judge: No jail for Amber Cummings, the woman in Belfast Maine who murdered her husband while he slept.
  • Polish woman Theresa Rafacz came home from work to find her husband Piotr drunk while he was meant to be looking after their son (3). So she killed him by repeatedly stamping on his head. She was jailed for just 2 years after the court was told how she 'lost control'. A judge rejected the Home Office's claim that Rafacz posed a danger to the public despite her admitting the 'gratuitous' attack. She also cannot be deported from Britain because of EU rules - Mr Justice Blake, the UK's most senior immigration judge, ruled that she could stay because her crime did not cross a 'seriousness threshold' under European law.
  • On 2006/03/13, Crystal Gail Mangum (black student at North Carolina Central University who worked as a stripper, dancer, and escort) falsely accused 3 white Duke University students (Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans - members of the Duke Blue Devils men's lacrosse team) of raping her at a party held at the house of two team's captains. On 2007/04/11, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dropped all charges and declared the 3 players innocent, stating that the charged players were victims of a "tragic rush to accuse". Crystal Mangum never faced any charges for her false accusations as AG Cooper declined to prosecute her. She was later arrested in February 2010 in a different case, on charges of attempted murder (of her boyfriend), first-degree arson, assault and battery, identity theft, communicating threats, damage to property, resisting an officer, and misdemeanor child abuse. She was found guilty of child abuse and damaging property on 2010/12/17. After the verdict, Judge Abe Jones sentenced Mangum to the 88 days in jail which she had already served. Under state sentencing guidelines, 90 days was the maximum sentence Jones could have ordered, but he decided she'd paid enough for her crimes! All of the charges she was convicted of are merely misdemeanors. So, after putting her children and others in danger, once again Crystal Mangum receives a slight slap on the hand. Astoundingly, after being convicted of child abuse Crystal Mangum was also awarded custody of her 3 children. (She had lost custody in August 2009.) On 2011/04/03, she stabbed her boyfriend Reginald Daye (who later died in the hospital on 2013/04/13 from his injuries). On 2011/04/18, she was initially charged with first-degree murder and 2 charges of theft.
  • Jian Chen gets away with light sentence for killing her partner by cutting off his penis. Such violent acts of DV (and not only the pussy pass but rewards for the women who commit them in the form of celebrating those violent individuals as cultural heroines, offering them public platforms to justify their acts of violence, appointing them in the positions of educating the children and DV counselors, etc) are not uncommon - women routinely get pass for cutting off men's penises or castrating them and then citing abuse or infidelity as the reason. It's easier for the woman if the man dies as a result of her violence, because the dead man cannot defend himself or refute her false claims (his statements would be ignored anyway even if he were alive, but it's still less time-consuming when there are no statements to consider at all, so the courts must like the murder cases more as they make the process of handing out the justice faster).
  • There also is a trend of charging the female murderers with the lesser crime of manslaughter. For example, this New Zealand woman (28, who cannot be named for legal reasons) has admitted killing her daughter in far north Queensland but will face trial accused of only torture. She whispered "guilty" to the lesser charge of manslaughter instead of murder. On the other hand, her husband (23), who didn't even do anything, is accused of turning a blind eye to the abuse and faces one charge of manslaughter. (Had he tried to stop the woman and she falsely accused him of DV, the man would be in trouble again. In other words, damned if you do, damned if you don't.) Notice how for the woman even a murder has been reduced to manslaughter, and for the man just being a coward has got him charged with manslaughter. And what is the "legal reason" that the killer cannot be named, other than she's a woman?
Similarly, after a dispute, this West Australian woman Veronika-Leigh Meleane Pahuru (20) ran down and killed her father Kaiawa Pahuru (41). She had been charged with murder, but a plea bargain for the lesser charge of manslaughter was accepted in WA's Supreme Court.
  • Only a day after Jason Hura, father of Duke (2), had unsuccessfully pleaded with an Adelaide hospital's mental health staff to help the boy's mother Rachael Cherie Hadley, she stood on the toddler's mouth and killed him. "She didn't know she was killing her son", counsel assisting the coroner Amy Cacas said. "She believed she was expelling an evil spirit from him and expected him to recover." Ms Hadley was charged with murder, but was acquitted on the grounds of a vagina syndrome.
  • Courts won't prosecute Casey Anthony no matter what she does, because she is a woman.
  • Sarah Catt (36) aborted unborn baby 'in final stages' (the baby boy was developed fully and was days away from being born). She admitted administering poison with the intent to carry out a miscarriage. Her sentence has been slashed to just three-and-a-half years at Court of Appeal.
  • The mother Maria Isler (31) and grandparents Rosa and Robert Isler have been charged with child assault after boy (9) reported he was being beaten at home. The boy wasn't allowed to attend school because "he told somebody he gets beat at home". The trio kept him locked in a basement so he couldn't sneak food, and they beat him with spatulas, hangers, and pieces of wood. The trio pleaded not guilty. Bail was set at $100000 each for Maria and Rosa Isler, and $150000 for Robert Isler.
  • Kayla Bourque planned to kill before she turned 40. She was jailed for weapon possession, and torturing and killing animals, but was awarded the pussy pass and was released from jail after almost 9 months. She is also a sexual sadist who feels no remorse, but can't be certified under the Mental Health Act because she isn't considered psychotic. Child pornography charges she was facing were stayed. Here's the contents of the Search Warrant against her, just to make your spine tingle.
  • Oakland woman La Preda Thomas is hurt and severely injured more than 15 cats and kittens for the past 3 years. Despite horrendous cruelties, she was only given a wrist slap. She is free today on probation.
  • Lucie Slater (21) and her then-boyfriend DJ William Aitken were drinking wine at his house when she saw a message posted to Aitken's Facebook account that she did not like. So she threw her laptop at him and went at his face with a broken glass. After Aitken failed to wash the blood off in the shower, Slater drove him to the hospital where she claimed at first that he fell down the stairs. She lied repeatedly to doctors and the police about how the injuries came about. Mr Aitken lost his business and his modelling career because of the injuries he suffered (Slater ripped several long slices across his cheeks and nose; she also severed an artery resulting in excessive blood loss and the permanent loss of motor nerve control in part of Aitken's face). He commented, "I really did not think she was capable of something like that". However, the media and the law does not admit this case as one of DV at all; the Newcastle Crown Court that gave Slater the proverbial tap on the wrist.
  • "Scream 4" star Emma Roberts (22) arrested for DV. She was detained by Montreal police following an altercation in a hotel room with her boyfriend, "American Horror Story" actor Evan Peters (26) - a spat that allegedly left him with a bloody nose. She was released after questioning. The Montreal Police Department confirmed the charges were dropped and the case is considered closed.
  • In Canada, women (e.g., Nicole Ryan) can hire a hit-man to kill their husbands; on getting caught, they only need to say that the husband was abusive, and the courts will taunt the police for interrupting her in her work.
  • Woman admits making false allegations of DV to Dr Phil. (She got the pussy pass.)
  • In 2007, woman identified as A.D.H., feeling unwell, went to the bathroom of a store. She gave birth to a baby she claims she thought was dead, and left the store shortly afterwards. Store staff found the infant in the toilet and rescued it. A.D.H. was charged with child abandonment, but was acquitted in 2009 because the judge believed she hadn't meant to "abandon" the baby. The Supreme Court of Canada has now ruled that the verdict will stand.
  • Courtney Sue Reschke sentenced to 20 years total (but she's eligible to parole after just 3 years) for raping teenage boys. She gave alcohol to and then raped at least 8 of them, some in front of her own kids. The sentencing was 4 hours long, in part because of expert testimony and attorney argument about whether a female sex offender should be given different consideration than a male offender! Defense Attorney John Loschi presented examples of Reschke's life unraveling, from divorce to a bankruptcy to a DUI charge. He portrayed the sex acts as one month of off-the-rails behavior. Loschi asked the judge to put Reschke into a programming option that could get her out of prison in as little as 6 months and keep her from general population. He said psychologists acknowledge a difference in how female offenders can be treated. The bigoted judge Ronald Wilper said, "I think that the state believes there should be some measure of equality or parity when a judge sentences a male sex offender who violates little girls versus a female sex offender who violates young boys. There is a difference. I have a difficult time articulating precisely what that difference is. It's difficult to try to explain what that difference is, but nevertheless I think we know there's a difference." The victims' families and prosecutor were disappointed.
  • Paradis girl (15) rapes and sexually assaults 5 boys under the age of 11. She was arrested after she allegedly showed up at a party at the home of one of the victims, where the assault occurred. She was booked with 3 counts of aggravated rape and 5 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. But no matter, the girl was released into the custody of her parents.
  • The Crown attorney Bhavna Bhangu will no longer seek a dangerous offender or long-term offender designation for Jennifer Murphy (40), which could have seen Murphy put behind bars indefinitely - or at least for several years with life-time supervision. Murphy had unprotected sex without revealing she is infected with HIV. She was a possible candidate for the harsh sentence reserved for dangerous repeat criminals after she was recently found guilty of aggravated sexual assault. Murphy had sexual intercourse without a condom in the back of a van with a man who gave her $20. She hung around convenience stores in downtown Barrie and offered to have sex with men - sometimes for $20, sometimes for nothing. 3 men testified no condom was used and they were terrified after they learned about Murphy's HIV infection. The judge only convicted in one of the incidents. In 2005, Murphy was convicted of the same offence after having unprotected sex with a Base Borden soldier. At that time she approached the soldier and his friend with an offer to have sex with both of them. Bhangu expressed concern about Murphy's "bizarre" (not dangerous because a woman's behavior cannot be dangerous) sexual behaviour and requested a pre-sentence report on Murphy. Defence lawyer Angela McLeod told the judge her client does not want to participate in a pre-sentence report.
  • Former Redlands high school teacher Laura Elizabeth Whitehurst (28) pleaded guilty to engaging in sex acts with (actually raping but you know it's just "sex acts" when a woman does it) 3 boys (and even had a baby with one of them), and was sentenced to just a year in jail (along with 5 years' probation, counseling, and being register as a sex offender). She admitted guilt to 4 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and 2 of oral copulation of a person under 18. Whitehurst resigned from her job earlier this month. Yep, she resigned, not kicked out of the school.
Legal experts say far longer sentences are typically handed out for educators convicted of sex crimes with students. Dmitry Gorin, former Los Angeles County sex crimes prosecutor and defense attorney, said 2 years or more in prison is typical. But, he added, prosecutors may have considered mitigating information about her background, mental health, and the victims' positions. Which is hogwash, as always. The real reason was revealed by attorney Heather Cullen, who represented the victim with whom Whitehurst had a baby. She blasted the teacher's sentence and said she got off easy because she is a woman, "It's shocking anyone would face so little time for abusing minors. This is definitely being treated differently because they are boys and she is a woman." She described the sentence as "a slap in the face to the victims". The victim with whom his rapist had a baby said the relationship lasted more than a year. Whitehurst admitted having sex with the boy numerous times. She told investigators they began having sex at her apartment in 2012 after a trip to Disneyland. The sexual relationship continued after she became pregnant in September 2012, and the boy was present when she gave birth to the child on June 18.
  • Erica Dillon (31) was already a registered Megan's Law sex offender because of a 2010/02/26 guilty plea to charges of indecent assault of a child (5, her family member, she had raped him in 2002) and endangering the welfare of children. But, being a woman, she was out on $50000 bail, free to rape other children. On 2010/04/15, Dillon and her live-in boyfriend Antonio Morano (26) watched a pornographic video with a boy (14) inside their residence. And then Dillon raped the boy in the bedroom of the home while Morano watched. Cases like this poke holes in the theory that women who abuse do not commit repeat offenses. Had the boy's mother not noticed something, this woman may have continued to abuse that boy and others. (Who knows if she already has?)
  • Woman (27) and a teenage girl (her relative) raped and sexually assaulted 2 mentally challenged boys (17, 17) in White City, Soweto. One of the women allegedly led the boys into her house, and raped one of them, telling him they were making a baby. (An educational psychologist had testified that the boys' mental capacities were of the ages 6 and 8.) The women have been acquitted. Magistrate Audrey Mpofu found both women not guilty on all charges because the boy who was allegedly raped had difficulty answering questions during cross-examination. Mpofu said it would have been easier if DNA samples had been taken.
  • Former Middleton High School teacher Christina Butler (34) got probation instead of prison for raping one of her special education students (16 at that time, borderline mentally retarded) multiple (up to a dozen) times. The pathetic excuse of a judge J Rogers Padgett said the victim was probably the more mature and less vulnerable of the two! "Perhaps he initiated it." The prosecutor who will appeal Butler's sentence didn't understand the judge's rationale. "I don't know how a 16-year-old boy is ever more mature than a 33-year-old teacher", said Assistant State Attorney Anthony Duran (well, duh, the rapist is a woman, after all). The sentence stands in stark contrast to one Padgett handed down a year ago to another (male) teacher facing similar charges. who was sent to prison for 3 years, followed by 3 years of sex offender probation. Though Butler acknowledged that she knew her actions were wrong, psychologists testified that she didn't have a true sense of boundaries. "She didn't take advantage of a vulnerable person in this situation", said Yolanda C. Leon, a psychologist who examined Butler. "She was the vulnerable person."
  • Thorsby sixth grade teacher Jennifer Collins McNeill (39) is 6 counts of second degree rape and 2 counts of second degree sodomy of a juvenile male (less than 16 years of age but older than 12, he did not go to the same school as this teacher) between 2012/04/10 and 2013/06/28. McNeill was released from the Chilton County Jail after posting $160000 bond. McNeill has been placed on administrative leave (rather than being fired, as happens in case of male rapists) from her job at the Thorsby school. It has not been determined yet whether McNeill's administrative leave will be with or without pay. (A paid leave? That's a reward for raping someone!)
  • Marilyn Rosario (34) came to the home of a boy (13) posing as a health worker who was there to talk to him about sexually transmitted diseases, and raped him at knifepoint, followed by robbing him. She pleaded guilty to second-degree rape and got 6 months in jail (not prison) and 10 years probation. Rosario was initially charged with first-degree rape. She even had the audacity to claim that the boy paid her to have sex at knifepoint. The court, showing its cruelty toward the female rapist, ruled that in addition to 6 months in jail for raping a child at knifepoint, she would also have to repay the $9 she robbed! Now that is what you call true justice. Joke aside, it's hard to decide what is more ridiculous: The total slap on the wrist or that the judge buying her "intellectually challenged [...] motivated by her addiction to cocaine" feminist clap-trap defense. Perhaps County Court Judge Stephen Lindley thinks that this boy was lucky to be initiated so young. Maybe he feels the boy should understand the consequences of "prostitution"? Who knows? But given the woman's clear intent - the deception, the assault, the robbery - it is impossible to pretend that gender did not play a role in letting this rapist walk.
  • During a party with beer, wine, and vodka, Amanda Wheeler got drunk and kissed and groped a boy (12). Later, she performed lap dances and straddled teenage boys. After that, she bit a boy (13) on his neck and raped him. Amanda denied 4 counts of sexual activity with a child and one of sexual assault, but was found guilty. Judge Patrick Thomas QC said he did not believe the incident "arose out of paedophilia", but it was a "one-off". (So a woman must rape at least twice to become a rapist.) She was given a 2-year prison sentence suspended for 2 years at Birmingham Crown Court. Judge Thomas said statements by the victims showed the assaults had not caused them long term trauma. He said, "It is because, and only because, of the victim impact statements, and the impact of the sentence to be served upon your children, that I think it is appropriate to step back and suspend the sentence". (What the boys stated to make the judge think they were unharmed by Wheeler's actions is unclear. If he went only by victim impact statements and not a psychological report, then he did not base his decision on anything of merit.) The judge did order Wheeler to 10 years on the sex offender registry, but it will be quite redundant since she still has custody and access to her own children, and therefore easy access to others. The sentence smacks of the typical double standards: A woman can prey on several boys in front of other people and literally walk out of court with a smug look of satisfaction when a man in a similar situation would definitely serve behind bars.
  • Judge Howard Mason said he took the unusual step of wholly suspending the jail term for Jenny Lee Mitchell (41) because of her tragic background of horrific abuse and alcohol dependency. The judge said Mitchell was extremely drunk when she anally raped a child (14) and afterwards expressed remorse and apologized. The incident happened in after Mitchell bought a slab of vodka Cruisers and shared it with a boy (17, who was staying with her at her unit) and his younger friend. "You have been very much a victim", the judge told Mitchell, "The incident was spontaneous (and) you were acting out of character". Hundreds of male child rapists have had as bad and worse experiences, yet they go right to the jail. The female rapists' alcoholism and abuse are probably far more important than any harm they do to their victims.
  • Astoria woman Julie Diane Green (35) threw a party for her children, some of the children invited to the party were allowed to drink alcohol. She then raped a boy (14) at the party. Green was arrested and charged her with rape and endangering the welfare of a minor. While the latter is not a serious charge, the former definitely is (at least if the criminal is male). It is a felony that usually carries a 5 to 15-year sentence. Of course, Green did not get that, she got 30 days in jail, 36 months probation for the rape conviction, and another 36 months for the second conviction. She also must register as a sex offender. Would a man have received the same sentence? Most probably not. But if he had, one could be sure that it would prompt a host of outrage. The worst punishment Green will receive is being placed on the sex offender registry. However, given her gender that is not likely to pose any real problems for her, so she has essentially gotten away with drugging a child and raping him.
  • Sheboygan girl Norma J Guthrie (17, of 1034-A Michigan Ave.) was charged with misdemeanor sexual assault for raping her boyfriend (14) multiple (10 to 15) times. Under a charge of fourth-degree sexual assault, if convicted, she faces a maximum of just 9 months in jail. In a very similar case of the sexes reversed that happened on the same day, Sheboygan boy Alan J Jepsen (17, of 1416 New York Ave.) unknowingly 'raped' his girlfriend (14) who had lied to him that she was 16. He is facing a count of felony second-degree sexual assault, which carries a maximum prison term of 25 years. Assistant District Attorney Jim Haasch, who filed both complaints, is a bigot who lied that the misdemeanor charge was filed in part because Guthrie has no prior criminal record. But online court records show Guthrie has a pending charge of misdemeanor battery, filed in October. Haasch would not say whether Jepsen has a prior juvenile record - which is typically sealed - but the boy has no adult charges listed in online court records. Haasch also used hamsterbatics to rationalize the double standards, saying the cases are different because Guthrie's victim is "almost 15" with birthday in February while Jepsen's turns 15 in April! What do you call this blatantly dishonest attempt at granting a pussy pass to the female rapist?
This kind of bigotry and double standards are not uncommon under the current regime of matriarchy.
  • Female teacher Leah Gayle Shipman marries her rape victim (who was a minor at the time when she raped him) to avoid prison. In another case, council chiefs allow care worker Vicky Callaghan (33) to set up home with troubled boy (16).
  • Former city teacher Erin Sayar (37, the tattooed temptress) supplied marijuana to and raped her student Kevin Eng (16, legal age of consent is 17) in a string of sexual shenanigans. She walked out of a Brooklyn courthouse as a free woman: she received a 10-year probation, gave up her teaching license, and was designated a Level 1 sex offender, which is the lowest level and means her name and picture will not appear in a public database.
  • Idaho woman Robin Carol Hackney (34) arrested for raping a teenage boy at an unoccupied house. She was sentenced to 8 years in prison but the sentence was suspended and she was given probation and ordered to jail for 120 days. She admitted to raping the victim at least 2 times and confirmed that she had brought the victim to the undisclosed property multiple times.
  • Former remedial reading teacher at Greco Middle School in Temple Terrace, Florida, Debra Lafave rapes boy (14), is pleaded guilty to 2 counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, and is sentenced to 3 years of house arrest followed by 7 years probation, while she could have faced up to 15 years for each count. The boy told investigators he had sex with Lafave 3 times in 4 days, including once in a car while his cousin (15) drove them around. He also said she performed oral sex on him multiple times, including once at her home. Defense attorney John Fitzgibbons, who had originally planned an insanity defense saying that Lafave had "some profound emotional issues" and that "once anyone reads what the doctors have to say, they will understand a lot more", now said that Lafave avoided prison time with the plea and will be allowed to continue her mental health treatment. "Very importantly, it allows the young man involved here to go on with his life, just as Debbie can go on with her life", he said. "He does not have to participate in a trial or deposition."
  • Amanda Wheeler molests boys and walks free from Birmingham Crown Court with only a suspended prison term. The shame of a judge, Patrick Thomas QC, said, in effect, so what if the acts were paedophile, they were acts of drunkenness, selfishness, and childishness; and it was a one-off. He then claimed that sending her to jail would be wrong because her victims have 'largely recovered' from their traumatic experiences (as if that makes a difference).
  • Jalissa Baez (19, babysitter) raped boy (9). In a separate case, Tawny Hickman (18, babysitter) gave boy (9) hickey marks. No rape charges against any of the women, nor any kind of serious punishment.
  • Cecelia Rona Hale (32) raped boy (13) several times between 2012/07/01 and 2012/07/04, got pregnant, and had a baby. The boy told the principal of his school, who alerted police and CYF (Child, Youth, and Family). She was also charged with assaulting the child using a glass as a weapon between 2012/10/01 and 2012/10/31. She has been bailed to an address bordering a high school. Principal Vaughan Couillault said that if an alleged male sex offender had been bailed close to a school there "would be all sorts of uproar" and measures would be put in place.
  • Emmanie Louise Angela Hughes (31) raped boy (13) at a swingers' party. She is cleared of any charges.
  • 'Madam Mayhem' Joyce McKinney (60 now, 25 at that time), with the help of friend Keith May, kidnapped, tied up, and raped her former lover Kirk Anderson (19 at the time, a hulking Mormon). Waving a fake .38 revolver at the missionary in front of his church, May led him to McKinney in the car. With Anderson lying in the back quaking under a blanket, they drove to the cottage. May then manacled their prisoner to a bed - spreadeagled - with a 10ft chain. McKinney then ripped off and burned his underwear, and raped him for 3 days. Eventually, after promising to marry her and having his chains loosened, Anderson managed to escape and went to the police.McKinney was sent to prison to await trial for false imprisonment, but a vagina syndrome was slipped in and she was released on bail after 3 months. In 1984, she was arrested for stalking Anderson outside the office where he worked in Utah. Police reportedly found chains and handcuffs in the boot of her car, suggesting she was hoping to repeat her sexually motivated kidnapping. During 2004, she was charged with instructing a boy (15) to break into a house in the neighbouring state of Tennessee, apparently to raise money to buy a false leg for a beloved horse.
  • Two girls in Florida sexually assault a boy (11), laugh at him, humiliate him, and strip him naked, with no charges filed against them at all.
  • Brisbane mum (41, who cannot be identified because she is a woman) sexted explicit photos of herself in a series of lewd text messages to teenage boys in the friend-circle of her son (14). She texted images of herself wearing a pink G-string, squeezing her breasts, and a picture of her genitals to 3 boys (all aged 14). Other photos sent to the boys included the woman's bottom. The boys had in some instances sent photos of themselves wearing only underwear to the woman.
The woman will not receive a conviction, after Magistrate Elizabeth Hall took a flight from justice when she 'found' that the woman suffered from a psychiatric "flight from reality" (there you have the latest in the vagina syndromes). "Your behavior arises out of a medical condition, not out of an inclination to harm children", said the pathetic excuse of a magistrate. She then sentenced the woman to 200 hours' community service. (Yeah, that will teach her).
This type of pussy pass is very common.
  • Billings woman Christina Nadine Nelson has a history of making false rape reports. She has made 7 false rape or assault claims against 3 men between 2009 and 2012. She falsely reported her high school prom date raped her in 2009 and that another man raped her in 2009. The second man transferred to another college after receiving threats. She also reported her former boyfriend stabbed her twice in 2011 and in both cases she arrived at the hospital with stab wounds. She also claimed he raped her twice in April 2012. In all 4 complaints, she refused to cooperate with criminal investigations.
In the latest incident, the District Judge G Todd Baugh dismissed a felony charge of fabricating evidence against her, saying that while the evidence clearly showed Nelson lied when she reported her former boyfriend raped her, the prosecution's decision to charge her with fabricating evidence was "a stretch at best". He gave prosecutors 30 days to amend the charge, suggesting misdemeanors such as perjury or false reports to law enforcement. Baugh also gave Nelson permission to travel to Germany despite protests from prosecutors.
  • Single mother Linsey Attridge (31) selected 2 men's profiles from Facebook and handed them over to police, falsely claiming that they broke into her house and attacked and raped her. The men were detained, questioned, and forced to undergo intrusive forensic and medical examinations because of her claims. It was 2 months before police dropped the case against them, because there was no evidence to support the allegations. But the woman completely avoided jail and was merely sentenced to 200 hours of community service. The linked story also mentions another case from 2 years ago in which Charlene Kielty (23) who was jailed for 18 months for lying about a sex ordeal. Even the lawyer Iain Innes who represented her criticized police and prosecutors for failing to crack down on false rape allegations, and accused the Scottish justice system of taking a "softly, softly" approach to rape investigations which allows women to make false allegations. Here are some more thoughts on Attridge's case and false rape allegations in general; the article also mentions 4 other cases of false rape accusation followed by pussy pass: Elizabeth Jones, Emma Saxon (of Sheffield), Hanna Byron (20), and Kirsty Sowden (former John Lewis shop assistant).
  • Rockland woman Octavia Faustini (30) already had a criminal record that includes a 2002 conviction for filing a false report of sexual assault - she was fined $100 in that case. (Her criminal record also includes assaulting an officer, assault, criminal mischief, and telephone harassment.) She was now recently convicted of making a false sexual assault report to police against her former boyfriend (a convicted sex offender) on two crimes: Filing a false report and unsworn falsification. Both crimes were Class D misdemeanors, which carried a maximum potential penalty of 364 days in jail. But she is a woman (not man), so she will be spending just 60 days in jail (might as well have let her go). She had testified that she had been raped by her boyfriend in her room at the Brunswick Rooms in Rockland. Assistant District Attorney Jeffrey Baroody asked for a 90-day jail term. He said a significant jail term was needed as deterrence (yeah, when it comes to women, 90 days is a 'significant' jail term).
Faustini was also holding a teddy bear at the beginning of the trial, but the prosecutor asked the judge to prevent Faustini from doing so in the presence of the jury. Her lawyer argued that she had held it during the interviews with police and that her caseworker recommended it be allowed. The judge ruled, however, that it was not appropriate for her to hold the stuffed animal while the jurors were in the courtroom. After the verdict was announced, Faustini wept openly. In short, she's a drama queen.
  • Tracy West of Simi Valley, ex-girlfriend of Louis Gonzalez III, makes false allegations of kidnapping, torture, sexual assault, and rape against him to gain sole custody of their son. She tore out chunks of her own hair, burned her abdomen and fingers with matches, and claimed Gonzalez hogtied and attacked her vaginally and anally with a wooden hanger and tried to suffocate her with a plastic bag. The State of California refuses to prosecute her.
  • Eastleigh, Hampshire teen Sophie Hooper (19) accused man of raping her after a night out. After she called police, who came out in the middle of the night, the man was arrested and held in custody for more than seven hours. But there was no truth in Hooper's allegations. Southampton Crown Court heard how police began investigating and found inconsistencies with her version of events. But Hooper didn't admit this for over two months, before she eventually told police she was lying. However, she was a woman, so the courts let her get away with this "very serious offence".
  • Psychology student Hannah Byron (20) avoided jail "by a short whisker" (she was given a 12-month jail sentence, suspended for 2 years, with supervision and 150 hours of unpaid work) after making false rape claim in bid to try and get her boyfriend back. Her lies led to a man being arrested and detained for 9 hours. "The innocent victim of the defendant's malicious report has been put through an enormous amount of stress, having found himself arrested, detained, and questioned at length for an allegation that has now been proven to be fictitious."
  • On 2013/01/01, a young woman (18) from Brasov, Romania falsely accused a man (24, also from Brasov and had a long term relationship with the accuser) of rape. Filing a false allegation is still illegal in Romania (the new Criminal Code no longer incriminates the action of filing a false criminal allegation, i.e., a victim of a false allegation can only seek civil reparations, but it's not in effect yet). So the woman was charged an administrative fine of 200 RON (almost 60 US dollars or 45 euros; to put in perspective, crossing the street when the red light is on is punishable by 150 RON), breaking the law regarding the false accusations. The difference between criminal fine and administrative fine is simple: An administrative fine is just like a parking fine. In some cases, you can get away completely without even paying it. The criminal fine is placed on your criminal record and cannot be removed from there until 2 years after the maximum amount of prison time you could've got for the crime - which is, in this case, 5 years. Having a criminal record means little to no chances of getting employment, little no chances of receiving meaningful welfare, and you might not even be able to leave the country.
  • Woman (20) complains of rape. The Rexburg Police Department finds that it was actually a consensual encounter. The woman admits she lied as she regretted having sex. Capt Randy Lewis said this is not an uncommon occurrence in Rexburg, "We run into that all the time". The woman won't face any charges for making the false claim, and police considers the matter closed.
  • Silver Spring Township woman Cierra N Reyes-Benitez (25) lied to the police she was taken from the 6000 block of Carlisle Pike, and forced into a van by 2 men, who then drove her into a nearby alley where she said they sexually assaulted her. She gave them detailed descriptions, saying the men were husky with shaved heads and tattoos. She entered a guilty plea to one count of false reports - A misdemeanor of the third degree. She was sentenced to pay a $100 fine and $459 in court costs (whereas she could have faced a maximum sentence of 2 years in prison, and a $2000 fine). The Cumberland County District Attorney's Office dropped the more serious charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, a second-degree misdemeanor.
  • Brooklyn nun Mary Turcotte lied to the cops that she was raped. Cops released a sketch of the rapist, but later Turcotte recanted, her excuse was that she needed a story to cover up a real sexual encounter: bedding a shop worker she sneaked into the convent through the back door. Police have, of course, not charged her with any crime (women don't commit any "crime", their crimes are regarded as just playful little thingies).
  • Pregnant mother-of-7 Jacqueline Rolfe (28) stabbed her friend Jade Williams in a "drink and drug-fuelled rage", and was convicted by of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Her defense had raised a pussy pass, but the judge added a womb pass (thanks to the Human Rights Act) saying that the detrimental effects of a jail sentence on "innocent victims" (the unborn child) had to be taken into consideration. Notice how the "innocent victim" having ill effects from its mother's drinking and drugging has never been taken into account. Apparently, the Human Rights Act is only used for freeing the criminals and wrongdoers in the veil of the rights of the "innocent victims".
  • "Extremely drunk" barrister Tammy McNally (33) viciously beat up the bar manager Beata Sniezek (who told her to leave the pub). She launched herself at Sniezek. "Miss McNally fell to the floor along with the victim. As the defendant got to her feet she followed the victim to the kitchen area. She punched the victim in the head and grabbed her by the hair, pulling her out of the kitchen." The court heard how McNally had "a peppered history" and had previously committed another "alcohol-related" assault. McNally was ordered to pay her victim a mere £100.
  • A female assistant police officer got into a conversation with Tomislav Boduljak (27) and his friend late at night in central Stockholm. She was pleasant at first, but changed her attitude when he said he worked out. She said Boduljak must have used drugs because his muscles were "abnormal". Boduljak says, "I asked if she didn't think it possible that I work out a lot and eat well. She said that if someone looks like me, she assumes they have taken drugs". Despite Boduljak's assurances that he didn't use steroids, she forced him to go to the police station and give a urine test. The test was negative, and Boduljak made an official complaint against the police officer. Prosecutors looked into the case, but decided not to pursue it. (Also notice the female cop offender's name is not given in the news story.)
  • A few Christians showed up with signs denouncing drunkenness and pornography at a Gay Pride Parade. Naturally, they were assaulted. A woman possibly named Rhiannon Sherbon (someone with that Youtube name claims to have been the woman in the video), besides herself harassing and assaulting the Christians, also provoked a big, fat man into attacking them. She was doing everything possible to provoke them. Her repeated efforts attracted attention, and some other people stepped in and started shoving the Christians. Punches were thrown (none by the Christians), police arrived, and arrests were made. Immediately, the woman began speaking to the police in an attempt to get the Christians arrested. One person (possibly a younger Christian) in addition to the fat man was arrested. The female provocateur was not arrested, although she clearly should have been.
  • Cop recognizes Shermain Miles because he has seen her more times than he can count - drunk, half-naked, cursing, and on one occasion lunging at another woman with a dinner fork. Since 1978, Chicago Police alone have arrested Miles 396 times - under at least 83 different aliases. Those arrests include 92 for theft, 65 for disorderly conduct, 59 for prostitution-related crimes, and 5 for robbery or attempted robbery. Nothing has worked on her: not jail, not prison, not countless psychological exams for the woman described as being "acutely psychotic". She may be out again soon. A legend in the history of pussy pass and vagina syndrome indeed.
  • After the vindictive break up with husband Chris huhne, and her spell in prison for perverting the course of justice, Vicki Pryce is back working for the parliament!
  • After over a year of denials, hedge fund manager Todd Meister's personal assistant Renata Shamrakova (28) admits stealing almost $1m from him in a credit card spree over the course of 10 months spanning March 2011 to January 2012. She was arrested in February, and the assistant Manhattan district attorney Cory Jacobs accused her of using his client's checking account as a "personal piggy bank" blaming her for taking $500000 from it to pay for the credit card bills. She finally confessed to taking out 2 American Express cards in Meister's name and spending $900000 traveling to Aruba, Canada, France, and Italy. She also bought thousands of pieces of jewelery which she then sold online for cash and paid off the credit cards by writing checks from her lover's JPMorgan account without his knowledge. In addition, she tried to spend some of the stolen money on starting up a jewelery curating business called 'Karat & Ice' which she called a "trusted carrier of authentic quality designer merchandise". (Meister is famous for a quick marriage and divorce to Paris Hilton's younger sister Nicky.) Shamrakova, a pretty woman, avoids a 15-year prison term. Admitting identity fraud, she promised to pay back $821000 to Meister within the next 2 years - although her parents have had to sell their upstate New York home to finance this. (Of course, a man would not have had a chance at avoiding the jail by promising to pay back the money he defrauded.)
Not giving up on her entitlement instincts, Shamrakova has audaciously painted herself as a victim while begging strangers online to raise a fund for her. Can you imagine a man doing that? (Or getting any money if he tried?)
  • Ann Young-Morgan (55) has escaped all punishment in Milners law firm scam in which she and her husband Simon Morgan (50, currently serving 7 years in prison) cheated the firm of £1.4 million. She was account manager at the firm, her husband was a partner. Though a jury has declared she played a full part in the fraud, the lame excuse of a judge, James Goss QC, gave her an absolute discharge because she had a vagina syndrome (namely, mental health problems). Simon Bass, a partner of Milners, said, "In my view, she hasn't been held to account for what she did". Well, Bass, you must know that people with a vagina cannot be held to account for anything by law.
  • Thomas Ammann (39, City banker) is facing jail after he admitted passing illegal information on a takeover deal to two women Christina Weckwerth (44, a wealthy divorcee) and Jessica Mang (30, a chiropractor), who, between them, made more than £600000 by following share tips from the man (and had agreed to give half of the profits to Ammann). The two women are set to keep the money after they were cleared of insider trading.
  • County prosecutors have dropped criminal charges against Julie Salk (51), the former chair of Barrington High School's Fine Arts Department. (However, the ruling does not preclude the district from moving forward with its own legal options.) She was charged with theft for stealing ticket sales from the school's "Hello Dolly" March 2012 production. The charges were classified as a Class 3 felony. About $5000 is involved. No other parents or volunteers are suspected of any wrongdoing.
  • Lucy Wright, the pregnent woman who was arrested on suspicion of smuggling cocaine has won her high court battle against extradition on human rights grounds stating that she might be subjected to "inhuman or degrading" prison conditions.
  • Jennifer Wilbanks (32) wanted some time alone and fled her wedding, without her keys or wallet. After finding herself broke in Albuquerque, she called her fiance, John Mason, and police, saying that she had been kidnapped. There were news reports of the search. Wilbanks cut her hair so no one would recognize her. More than 100 officers led a search that involved several hundred volunteers, including many wedding guests and members of the bridal party. Police in Duluth had no solid leads in the case and began dismantling a search center. Relatives offered a $100000 reward for information and were planning a prayer vigil. The hunt for Wilbanks had consumed the tight-knit town. Her picture and newspaper articles about her disappearance were on telephone poles and shop windows. Police had also seized 3 computers from the home she shared with Mason. She was picked up by police after a bus trip that took her through Las Vegas, Nev., to a payphone outside an Albuquerque 7-Eleven, where she called her fiance and 911 saying she had been freed by kidnappers. Hours later, Wilbanks admitted her disappearance was voluntary. Police said there would be no criminal charges, "She's obviously very concerned about the stress that she's been through, the stress that's been placed on her family... She is very upset." Yeah, obviously. She also is a woman, after all.

End of the document.
